Called in to inquire about a laptop hardware repair issue, but it was a few minutes prior to open business hours so I left a voice message. Greg returned my call promptly, as soon as the shop opened. I dropped off the laptop, and next day it was properly diagnosed , and part ordered. Unfortunately, when the new part was installed, the hardware failure proved worse than hoped and unfortunately it could not be repaired. Greg only asked to be compensated for his time to diagnose and attempt the part swap, and No charge for the ordered part.

This type of fair business practice is so refreshing !! Next time I am in the market for a used, fairly priced desktop or laptop, I'm coming in to see Greg. In person. I know I will be treated fairly and honestly, and that's all I ask of a computer shop. THREE THUMBS UP, AND FIVE...

Thess guys have withstood the test of time and thw burdens of being a small business in this area for decades. We know the feeling and have had to deal with many of the same battles and issues that they have over the years. A week ago, we had an ancient desktop with some pretty important data go out, and these guys hooked us up with a replacement power supply for a great price, and I simply swapped it out. They told me if I had any trouble to call or bring the desktop to them, and were professional and friendly as always. My laptop crashed. I did everything w/i my pay grade to fix it and came up empty. I walked it in to Greg's shop at Quintard Computer Repair expecting the worst. Wrong!
