Hunter and Joseph were nothing short of exceptional! Their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding bedside manner made all the difference in our visit. They took such great care of my 7-year-old son, making sure he felt comfortable, safe, and at ease throughout the entire experience. Their patience and warmth were truly reassuring, not just for him but for me as well. I went to the doctor 09/13/25 and even though I mentioned having asthma to them nothing was prescribed to me. I ended up having a very bad asthma attack later that night, and when contacted the next day this urgent care was not helpful at all. When I first started coming here this place was nice, but the people in there now are rude and should not be dealing with sick people. There is also only one functioning bathroom in the lobby and the lights aren’t even working currently. Overall...

I only gave two stars because of the very, very nice aide that showed concern for me. I was in the lounge occasionally sobbing from extreme waves of pain in my broken wrist. I had a huge makeshift ice pack sling on that night. The ice melted and I could barely manage to get into my purse or even get a tissue at one point , yet I had to wait 2 hours...
