Usually good chicken but sometimes horrible service. Sometimes bad chicken and horrible service. My order was messed up. Which is understandable, it happens. The problem came when I went back in a couple days later with money in hand intending to let the manager know what had happened and buy more chicken. Instead, when I asked the cashier if I could speak with a manager she replied, "managers busy." I said, " there was a mistake with my order a couple days ago and I, The cashier interupted, "did you call back?" I said, " I don't know what you mean." She said, "you got to call back the number on the receipt." I said," I don't know if I even have the receipt anymore." Then the cashier called over to the manager and the cashier says to her, this guy says he had a problem with an order and he don't have no receipt. Then without listening to a word I had to say first, she puts her hand up like to waive me away and says I can't do nuthin without a receipt. You got a receipt, I can fix it but I can't do nothin without a receipt. Then she turns and walks away. I said, you just lost a customer then.
Sadly, I never even got to explain to the manager what was wrong with the order and I was not looking for free food. They just assumed it. All I wanted to do was explain the problem so that it didn't happen again. Clearly there is problems with how this store is run and it starts with the manager. When I got in my car I happen to find the receipt. I walked back inside and put it on the counter and said there you go. Proof that I wasn't lying about the order. But , you still lost a customer and I walked out.
Publix has really good fried chicken and much better service. I will just go there...
Read moreA friend of mine and I went to pick up Uber Eats 2 days ago approx. around 2 or 3 p.m. and I was met by a lady at the counter who worked there and she was holding a cigarette and lighter. She looked much disgruntled once I stepped in the building. I told her that I was there to pick up a customer's Uber Eats and at first, she claimed that she could not find it. Then, by coincidence, she found the order and printed it out. She looked at it and started to make it. She stopped then screamed "I've already made this order. I know that I did and someone else already picked it up." All the while she was trying to get confirmation from all her co-workers that she had and they all agreed with her. She then told me that the customer must put in another order if they want it. She was so lovely and nice to the next customer, which all he wanted to do was wash his hands. As I left, she screamed that "she just needed a minute to herself." I felt her justification, rudeness, and actions were VERY unprofessional. If you are going to be miserable and unprofessional about working the front counter towards Uber Eats and doordash delivery drivers, then maybe you shouldn't be working in fast food. I for one, hope that the GM sees this.. I doubt I will be taking anymore dashes or Uber from this particular store. My advice, do something about your...
Read moreI work at the hospital.. only get 30 mins for lunch(not their fault). Went through the drive through because I was strapped for time. Lady at the window told me 5 minutes. Cool, whatever. Waited about 5 min... and mind you there were people behind me and there is not enough room for someone to go around you to get to the street. So the lady behind me had gotten her food already and was honking at me. I pulled around to the parking lot and walked inside. The woman who helped me snapped at me if it was for here or to go. Explained the issue and slid the receipt across the counter. She proceeded to make a smart remark about me “throwing” the receipt at her which I did not and proceeded to yell at the kid in the kitchen in front of customers. Awful customer service.
