The young lady that helped me was very nice professional and answered all my questions. She even told me about sales and new offers. I wish I could remember her name , but once I see her Iāll remember her face again. Thank you for great customer service. šthis was about one particular employee I do not remember her name.

I will advise more training in customer service. I went to pay some bills because Iām a bit old fashioned and I still like to pay some of my bills in person as well Iāve been a AT&T customer for almost 5 years with multiple services, but on this particular day, their was a lady waiting before I got there. This lady was waiting on someone to address her for almost 20 minutes and she was an elderly lady. No one had even looked her way. I had been there almost 10 minutes. No one said excuse me we apologize for the inconvenience. Someone will be with you shortly. I had to bring up a complaint and asked for the general manager which one of the young ladies played like she didnāt know the general manager or his phone number which was very disturbing because I know in training, they teach you all of this information. Iāve been in customer service for almost 20 years and Iāve never experienced such a horrible and lack of communication between customers and staff, I will recommend this regional manager or general manager or store manager train their employees on customer service before a secret shopper come and visit the store. If I had been the secret shopper that day everyone in that building wouldāve been written up. REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
As of 06/10/2023 Iām going to rate this AT&T store five stars now because the customer service experience has gotten so much better. Iām a frequent customer and now I can truly said Iām pleased and satisfied with my experience with AT&T in Anniston Alabama. When I wrote the first review I was very unsatisfied and not happy about the customer service at all but since then the customer service has done a 360 a total change. The entire staff their usually busy, but now they all take the time to greet their customers they even have someone come up to a customer and say we apologize about the way someone will be with you soon as possible they even offer to show you new products while youāre waiting, and I am extremely pleased with the turn around. I appreciate the management team for taking into consideration, their customers, needs you have to remember the customers help keep the business thriving. I planned on using her when I came back but she was busy at the time.. so I made sure that it wouldn't affect her by me using someone else to put my new SD card in. I could care less about a phone . Except my memories. My camera. Now.. The tallest male employee that was working yesterday around 4.. is the one who I, unfortunately got to receive the lack of "help" from . Replaced my card without turning my phone off. Lied to me numerous times. Withheld information because i was there for help not purchasing a phone or plan. He made ot very clear that he was angry about that when he took it upon himself to not only punish me by risking breaking my perfectly good less than 1 year old phone.. also .. did a check.. he withheld very important information that could've helped me. Now if his lack of knowledge and human interaction , respect for other humans is really this terrible. ..Which it was..then I'm sure prior complaints have been made. He rudely told me numerous times like I was just some stupid peer of his..to just "buy a new phone " told me this in front of the other male employee.. he told me this very rudely. ..I'm also fully aware how these employees make money. I will be canceling my 45 a month with yall under family plan to a 200$ a month service that doesn't treat people that way. I worked in commission only no base pay for 12 years and I never has a complaint on me like I have right now. Maybe in the interviews ...acknowledge the morality level of the person as well.. because this guy , I can assure you is terrible for the face of the company and will run many more off.. if he hasn't already. Peice of work". Again. I'd rather pay more for real customer service than be treated with a level of disrespect that I've never experienced in my entire adult life at 37... never. Get a new hiring manager or this store will be looking at being the lowest ..and probably will close down. Again. Maddie was good. She's a keeper. I even planned on upgrading and using Maddie soon.. Christopher asked me what he could assist with me as soon as I walked in the door! I had something very interesting for him to work on that most people would look at you like what I am I suppose to do with that. I needed a SIM card for a game trail camera and to get it connected to my plan. He never missed a beat a tackled the task without asking any questions. He had it going in about 15 minutes and sending the pictures to my phone. Then I told him I needed a phone charger cord for my phone and he went right over to the wall and brought me the one I needed. He went above and beyond to assist me and I am very appreciative of it.
