If I could give no stars on I would due to customer service by Lakina who was working taking orders at the front counter. The manager made her come apologize due to her being very unprofessional to me and others. No I did not accept her apology bc I knew it was forced. Yes I did look at her and roll my eyes when she did and turned my head. She didn’t approach me to apologize she said it from across the room. Very unprofessional also. I don’t appreciate her behavior or anyone who acts the way she does. So no I will not accept a fake forced apology. Oh then she went and told she had apologized and I didn’t except it but she didn’t care bc she didn’t do anything wrong. When she did. I will not go into details of what all she did and said bc this is long enough. Just know nothing will be handled at the Burger King in Anniston 1818 Quintard Ave 36201 store # 1260 my management when they say they will handle it. It’s all just making the them apologize which isn’t meant. No wrote up no nothing. I would personally have fired an employee for the behavior she showed. Read moreI downloaded the app and it said free kids meal with a dollar purchase. So I took in my $1.10 and intended to buy a frozen drink for a dollar. Waited 20 mins in line with only 3 people ahead of me. Then pulled up the coupon on my phone once I got to the register to show the cashier. I started at 15mins. It took them that entire time to figure out how to punch in the order. Then once theh finally got it in they cant telling me I owed about $2. I asked how that Could be considering I'd only purchased the frozen drink which should be $1. They went back and forth between employees trying to figure it out. Finally they got manager stephanie who looked at the order and said I would need to pay taxes for any free items or coupons. What?? I have never heard that ever. At any fast food chain nor using coupons at any other Burger King. Either an item is free or it is not. I explained to the manager as I was taking another dollar out that I'd only intended to come in with $1 because the app said I only needed to pay that. Had I not had more than that some how , I would have been in here and wasted about 40mins needlessly. She then looked at me smug and said I could either get the kids meal or I could chose not to. Read moreUpdate: I'm still a regular here in the mornings and go through the same way although they do not drink the drink anymore that's okay LOL I don't know that Angela and Dorothy are there anymore there are others there that's also make me feel warm and welcome. The other day I came through and had to order cuz my app was down one of the my favorite ladies was there and said good morning linda! It made my whole day. I hope the managers know how special a few of their ladies are. It's a stark contrast to the others, while trying to be efficient, barely look up at you and just hand you your food. This place is my go-to and I tell anybody who asks me about my Burger King cup in the morning.
