Are these reviews a joke? Were they all rated by friends? I had a major issue while traveling for work, and I swung by this store. The only thing nice about the visit was the brand new guy, Matthew, who went above and beyond to attempt to help me. As I spent about three hours in the store I noticed two other men working. One was very poorly presentable and he spoke to customers with disgust like he had better things to be doing. Three people walked in and he could of cared less about their problem, as he did mine whenever I attempted to spark up a conversation. The other gentleman, whom I believe was the manager, didn't bring his head up once to look at me while I was talking directly to him. He was so concerned with texting and snap chatting someone. I was in absolute shock. The only reason it gets one star is because that was the lowest option. If you are going to run an establishment be aware of what you are talking about amongst one another whenever a customer is in the building. This was a very upsetting experience. As a Manager of a rather large establishment, I really hope this store pulls their act together. Things need to be addressed...

Their store was very clean and organized with all the latest phone options and accessories. I was overwhelmed at first because I do not do well with change but then I was greeted instantly by one of their represenaativess. Everyone in the Anniston store was very friendly and helpful./ He sat down with me and discussed all of my options and helped me decide on new phones. Read moreI am extremely pleased with my rep tonight. I was still torn about the decision between the 12 Pro & the max but he was more than willing to pull out any and everything I wanted to try. Very polite and cared about my experience even past the purchase date. I left the premises at closing time and my rep made sure I got into my car safely (as a woman, that is huge for me) I felt like I had just run into an old friend and that’s how customer service should be done. Thank you for the experience! Myself and my daughters Christmas will be that much better because of it!
