Treasure Trove Wedding & Event Rentals — Local services in Apache Junction

This review is a long time coming. I worked with Treasure Trove for a backyard wedding earlier this year and Mary and Jill are really the best. They are extremely patient and take their time with the process so you never feel rushed. I took a look at the website and decided on a bunch of things I wanted to rent beforehand so it made it easy to make decisions when I went in.

I got to their showroom and they have it all set up with tons of decor for different types of styles. Some are more rustic with the aged wood in tables, trays, holders, cake displays and more, others are more "romantic" with the white wood and glass holders for candles, candies etc.

I went the rustic feel and there was no shortage of supplies. They cross check anything you want against anything already rented and the availability was still great. I'd recommend giving yourself enough time before your date so you can ensure availability though they have a ton of availability on items and multiples of lots of their options but better to not have to stress about it. The ladies are super accommodating either way but they're wonderful, don't put more stress on anyone and just plan ahead.

Pics included of some of the items including the wedding arch, the candles and glass holders, wood candle holder centerpieces, cake displays, dinner menu boards (they work with a very nice lady to do the font which comes out beautiful), and Mr. &Mrs. hackey sack games. Other things I wish I grabbed pics of but didn't were the rustic bar setup , photo wall and large cake table which is super cool because it's either a door or long plank of wood over whiskey barrels. They rent out wine and whisky barrels as areas for guests to rest drinks and congregate. Their service is amazing, they check in with you ahead of time, work with you on time frames and make it as painless as possible!

A couple of notes so you're aware: 1) You'll need to transport your items so having a truck or friend with one is handy if you're choosing larger pieces 2) They work on a paper system so they do write out the orders and it is not automated as of yet. It's good though because this results in them being super careful about availability and also gives you full transparency on what you are ordering and pricing for every piece you are renting. We did not have issues with anything either so I can attest to this!

Mary and Jill were amazing to work with! They helped me decorate my daughter’s wedding only one month out. They had a lot of great recommendations, we’re conscious of my budget, and made suggestions that would save me money. Our daughters wedding had about 50 friends and family. Every single one of those guests (including the kids), all said that they thought it was professionally done. I could not have gotten that kind of affect on my own. How do you attempt to buy all these items on your own? The ability to rent some of the most beautiful and unique things to decorate our wedding with saved us so much money that we were able to put that savings towards other things that we would not have been able to afford. They worked within our timeframe, they took the time to get to know what we were looking for, and they were accommodating for pick up and drop off. They provided a checklist for us so that when we were packing up from the wedding, even family that were helping knew exactly what items were Mary and Jill‘s, and which items did come from home. They were organized, professional, and some of the kindest Ladies you will ever get to work with! I would highly recommend them to any family planning a wedding - including those at another hall or who have a professional wedding planner, because you will not regret renting the treasures that they have...

I cant say enough great things about treasure trove. I found them about 8 months before my wedding as i was searching for whiskey and wine barrels. They reached out to me and let me know they had some to rent which was perfect for me because i wanted several of them for our wedding but didnt want to pay the cost of them and then had no use for them after. When i got to their showroom I got lost in all the stuff they have to rent. My vision and inspiration came to life and they had everything i needed for a beautiful wedding. The ladies are so kind to work with and so patient. I think i spent 2 hours the first time there trying to map out everything i wanted and visioned in my head. Then i changed my mind about a dozen times on items here and there and they worked so well with me the entire time. They were so kind to just get to know me and my story and my country themed wedding and what would look good with it. You cant beat the price either. They rent stuff that is in great quality, shape, and design for such a bargain deal. I wish i had pictures to show but my photographer hasnt gotten us our photos yet from all the beautiful stuff i was able to display at my wedding and use thanks to treasure trove.
