I came in to this Filibertos to get dinner to bring home for 5. When I walked in, was ignored for nearly 10 minutes-one employee was working the window, but the orher was just puttering around in the kitchen area, not prepping food or anything. While I was waiting, 2 more customers came in. The one in the kitchen finally decided to take some orders because a line was forming. My order was not huge, but I had to repeat it because she just didn't listen. Our order did not seem complicated-some burritos and an order of nachos with no drinks-but I was a bit surprised at the $64 price tag. She then took the next two customers' orders-one was a meal with a drink and the next person was feeding a bunch of kids. So, the person behind me with the single order was called up first (ok, well it was just one order), then I waited and waited some more but then next order done was the woman with the kids and biggish order! Well, ok, we'll pretend that didn't happen. So I continued to stand there and when it was getting past the 20 min mark I walked up to just check. The woman who had helped me asked me if she could help me! I told her my receipt # and she wandered overed wher my food was sitting on the top shelf of an unlighted prep area-looked like it had been there for a while!
I hate to say this, but the orher customers were hispanic, and despite my last name I am not and feel that is part of the reason the other customers got the fast service, while my not exactly cheap order had to sit and get cold!!!
Of course I won't be back. I live close to a Fili's on Main and Stapley-they always are...
Read moreNever ever had an issue with this Filibertos until today. Today I dropped by the drive thru thinking I would get some super nachos. Their were 6 cars in front of us so I understood it might be a bit busy. I pulled up to the menu to order and waited at least 5-10min for someone to greet me/ask for my order. Dead silence no response so of course like anyone else I said hello, no reply waited a couple more minutes said hello again nothing, waited a whole 10 minutes more and said hello once again, nothing. At this point their are now two other cars behind me with angry drivers waiting. Tried one last time and nothing, this was the worst customer service experience I ever received here. These guys are usually reliable, but man they let me down. I drove off and settled for Tacobell which had an even bigger line maybe 8-10 cars in front of me. They took my order immediately and got me out of the line in 10 minutes. I should have gone their in the first place would have saved me the time, the gas and the frustration. Not sure if I will go here again. Hopefully management looks at these reviews so they can help their employees improve, not trying to bash anyone this was simply a retelling of what I went...
Read moreI went to Filiberto's and went through the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes. When we got to the window, we waited another 5 minutes. After we got home 2 minutes later, our food was COLD! The only thing that was supposed to be cold was our drink. I called the store and told them what happened and they said I had to bring food back. The food was half gone so what was the point in bringing it back?! And I told the girl that I want new food but insisted that I had to bring food back and they would ask the cooks what went wrong and etc. I told her that it was half all gone and asked if she really needed me to bring it back. All I had left was the rolled tacos. She said that shed make new order of JUST THAT. I straight up told her that I wanted to talk to the manager; then she replied that she was the "assistant manager". I said that there's no point in bringing food back if your not going to make me a new order. I also said I WILL NOT COME BACK, because of the lack of customer service. If someone calls and says that their food is cold - don't questioned, simply say come back with the ticket and well give you a fresh new order-sorry for the inconvenience....
