Will not be ordering from this place again, we ordered pizza and cheese sticks and they forgot the cheese sticks but still charged us for them, so we called them back to try to resolve the issue and we were given the choice of getting some cheese sticks free of charge next time we place an order or having them drive some out that night free of charge right around closing. We decided to try to be reasonable and just take the credit for next time not wanting to make the driver drive all the way over here just for some cheese sticks. So we call in tonight to redeem those free cheese sticks and pay for two large pizzas for dinner because we're hungry to go with it and one order of cheese sticks wasn't going to feed the whole family. First we get the run around trying to place our order, then they charge us for the "free cheese sticks" and forget the pizzas we ordered. So now it's late, everyone's hungry and all we have is some cheese sticks between the family while expecting two large pizzas. So we call them back again like where's the pizza? And they had a big attitude about the whole thing and you can hear the manager in the background rudely saying "Fine, but tell them it'll be over an hour before we can send the pizzas out." and just complaining nonstop about having to send out what we paid for... So one hour and 40 minutes later, still no pizzas and they are like 10 minutes from closing, we call back once again to see where the pizza's are only to find out they canceled out order and they can just credit us for next time. This was already a credit from the first time and they couldn't even get that right, why would we want a next time? Never ordered from somewhere so unprofessional before, and wont be ordering from here again, they can just keep their credits. What a joke. Now there's no dinner, and they kept us tied up waiting all night, while everywhere else is now closed and it's too late to order something from...

Employers were so nice, told me if there was an online sale explained those… papa John’s every time! Come to Arizona. Haven’t purchased one pizza from Papa John’s because I honestly didn’t know there was a Papa John’s in my area. Found out today and as always call them up on deals on just one pizza. I was greeted by a gentleman named Juan, I asked him about deals he told me “only online I don’t know them you need to look them up your self, I’m not looking them up on my own phone “ Being a customer representative for over 20 years; This is unacceptable. He then told me that I was being passive aggressive and hung up on me because I asked him what the deals were online and that he did not know. For a single mother of three growing boys that used to buy Papa John’s every Friday… to ordering from Juan from papa John’s in Arizona that couldn’t tell you anything off of his own place of employment. Dylan is the manager and after the disrespect that I received tonight after choosing Papa John’s since 2010 I’m hoping there’s some compensation. Also after getting into multiple arguement over the phone with papa John’s and this incident, Juan the customer service representative called me off his personal phone which we have documented pf his name and number… I hope papa John’s can make this right ! All I wanted was a cheese pizza not horrible...
Read moreOk, I use this Papa Johns all the time. Like, way to much. But maybe no longer. My order said it would be around 90 minutes. No problem, it’s Friday and busy. But I called when it was still showing “prepared” after 90 mins and could not get through. Kept getting hung up on after 2 rings. Finally got through. Guy on the phone was like, “I have no idea when it’s going to be there. We have only a few drivers, but it is ready.” So now I’m thinking, how long has it been sitting out? He said “I can look at my driver list to see when I think it will be out.” I said ok. He did not seem pleased I made this request. I have kids that are hungry and if I need to go somewhere else I need to know. He gets back on 5 minutes later and says “it’s on its way.” I’m like, great. He had previously offered to also give me a credit for the hassle. I said, “do I still get the credit?” He was like “hmmm, whatever.” It’s was crazy! I get it, sometimes your job sucks but man, I’m being super nice here. I could have called upset and angry, but I called just for an update. And then 30 minutes later it shows up freezing cold. And the expensive pizza I paid for is covered in garlic sauce from one that broke. Guessing that was the person I spoke to on the phones middle finger to me. And the driver even knew it happened… Actually felt bad for him as I’m sure he was getting angry people...
