This is actually the best sandwich I've had. Honestly have only good things to say. I've been in this area less than a year. Still working my way around trying some of the local spots and went in here with my mom. The people were super chill. Everything was clean and nice. Then I got to the food and yes, It was just as good as everything else. That bread is absolutely fire! The perfect crust. It's got that crunchy chewy sort of rustic feel but it's like soft at the same time and not chewy. It's just like everything you want in a bread honestly. The perfect happy medium of every texture. Enough to where it made me wonder if I could just buy loaves of it from them. And then as far as the sandwich itself. I'm not easily impressed because I like to cook so I'm impressed when they do as good or better than me. They did not disappoint. The onions and tomatoes were thin sliced just like I like. They took all of the toppings I asked for and methodically placed them so every bite I was able to get a bit of everything. Instead of other places that just slap handfuls of toppings on your sandwich and it just looks like a bomb went off. This sandwich was just good. All the toppings seemed very fresh. Sandwich had the perfect level of warmth to get that cheese melted. I dare say this level of detail and unwillingness to compromise even down to the layout of the toppings on my sandwich. It does not go unnoticed and this actually might be the best sandwich I've ever had. As a matter of fact it is. I really wanted this place to be awesome. The little place is clean inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bread is phenomenal! Boars Head products are great quality. There was just no WOW to the sandwich. I don’t know what they could have done differently or what I could’ve added, but if I’m paying $17 for a sandwich and a pickle, I don’t want it to taste like 10 bucks. The only other negative is that there is one girl making the sandwiches, so if there’s anyone else in the place, or if you’re competing with call-in orders, you are going to wait a long time. So I am still sitting here as a walk in 45 mins in waiting for my 2 sandwiches. When I was told there were only 2 people ahead of me. It's taking them this long tproduce sandwiches don't think many people have time for that. They sent out someone who ordered 5 mins after me and didn't didn't know whT he wanted he got his 2 sandwiches before I got my 2 sandwiches Still haven't tasted it and I'm still sitting here waiting. Not very good production. Update 45 mins after ordering as a walk in. My son got his meatball sub no cheese just meatball mari and I ordered a Italian sub with everything toasted.
