I recently purchased a Smok Nova 3 from your store. Having previously used tank mods from Vaporesso, I decided to switch to a pod-style system due to persistent leaking issues with the tanks. However, I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the service provided.

Firstly, I noticed that your staff lacked adequate knowledge about mods and could not offer helpful advice on the product. More importantly, I was informed that your store does not offer replacements or credit, even when the product is clearly faulty. I called the store the day after my purchase to report the issue, yet no resolution was offered.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expect a business to stand behind the products it sells, especially when the issue arises so soon after purchase. I request an immediate solution, whether that be a replacement or purchasing a different kit. All I’m concerned about is getting a product that is flavorful and non-leaking, I don’t mind putting a bit more money to get a different product that meets...

I would give Negative stars if so. I was sold an expired vape; which had a burnt flavor. I reported to them. I was surprised by the response from the lady STAFF & the OWNER too. Even though I was so calm & trying to explain them, They refused to take any action instead they wanted to give 5% off on the next purchase. Who needs to vape with a spoiled Vape.
