New to the area so I had to find new groomers. Choose this place because it had good reviews, I wish I would have read the 1 star reviews before choosing this place. I did not notice the terrible "cut" that was given to my Buds at the time because I was running very late.. as per their 15-30 min policy that you have to pick up your dog. That being said...

When I got home, I was taking out groceries and my husband who RARELY ever complains about services cause he just doesn't like to.. was so upset about Buddy's haircut. I looked at him and I couldn't believe it!

When they asked me what I wanted.. I told my groomer who was very nice btw and I dont like to give bad reviews.. but this warrents one. I told them I wanted a rounded haircut. and his "body" to be short since it's hot. They shaved everything! His FACE! SNOUT! LASHES! WHISKERS!!! His cut is all choppy.. and he looks soo bad as you can see the difference in the pics. There was only 1 other place who did a horrible job and that was Petco. I even gave a 20% Tip. I wish I would have slowed down.. and looked at him.. I will not be coming back here again. :( and you can find me by my name Kayna. I am sure I will be the only one in there with that name.

I notice everytime someone gives you all a bad review you always have some defensive excuse that is bs frankly. My sister and I took our dogs here today because our regular groomer was closed today and this was a HORRIBLE experience!

1st off I told the receptionist that I had TWO DOGS, she told me to bring both at 1:30. We came at 12:45pm and she said one dog ‘s appointment was at 1:30 and the other at 2:00pm. Now if you would’ve told me that one dog was at 2pm I could’ve brought him later on, so he wouldn’t have to sit in the cage that long.

Next she told us that we were too early for the appointment. Ma’am you never said to bring them right at 1:30. At previous groomer’s you can bring them 30min- 1hr. early. Now if I would’ve brought them late you would’ve had an attitude or canceled them all together.

Next, they called me 2x after I left. Once to tell me my nephew and dog were barking loudly and my nephew was throwing up. She said if he continued we would have to pick him up. So, the second call was for us to come pick him up because he still was throwing up. When we got there they were trying to say we fed him before he came that’s why he was throwing up. They didn’t charge my sister because he didn’t get a full groom. When I tell you they did my nephew so wrongggg. The picture that I’m going to post does not show you how bad this half cut was! They could’ve at least made him look presentable.

Lastly, I paid 69 plus for my dog to get groom. His ears was still dirty! The cut was not smooth at all. His belly cut didn’t match the rest of his body. They will...

We have not had a bad experience until about a week ago.I have taken time to calm down before writing this review. We sent a family member to drop off our wheaten terrier. the young lady proceeds to tell my step son that the picture we are showing her of what we want is not the same dog we brought in. keep in mind its a picture of a wheaten fully groomed. he then requested to have the forehead and snout hair to be left alone. she tells him that our dog is matted on the beard and it will be shaven down. which is a lie since our dog gets washed every 2 days and gets brushed DAILY! there is no possible way that only his beard was matted. when he picks up our dog she did a complete different groom style and stated she removed the the forehead to snout hair because she did not like how he looked. As she also completely shaved off his beautiful long eyelashes. She gave my Wheaten Terrier a Poodle cut. My dog looks absolutely hideous. never again will we bring our dogs here. Do not recommend since they seem to do whatever groom they seem fit for "YOUR" Dog. If you were incapable of doing a proper requested groom just say that.
