If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place literally stole $25.00 from me and then tried to LIE about it. I ran in late one night after work to pick up a couple of toys for my 4 year old as I do several times a week. I don’t typically pay attention to the price, I just grab something he will like pay and leave. So when I got home I was pulling the toys out of the bag to give him. I took the receipt out and looked at it and saw that I was charged 24.99 for a toddler frilly dress. Right away I knew that was a mistake, I have a son not a daughter so I called right away and spoke to Danielle. I explained to her what time I was there and that I called and told her to check the cameras because she just charged me 24.99 for something A. That I have no idea what it was other than toddler frilly dress and B. There were only two items in my bag. She said ok no worries come back next day to get the refund. I suspect someone was going price check on item and left it in register or maybe got distracted with previous guest and forgot to charge/bag item whatever not really my job to figure out since Danielle already agreed to refund my money. So I go back to store with my receipt to get the 25.00 back and Danielle wasn’t in and ofcourse Danielle didn’t leave any notes for any of the employees to know what to do. So the manager on duty older Hispanic woman said she would look at video and came back and said oh do u have the other item? I said what item I only got two toys did u not see that? She said well I saw u only holding two toys but it looked like she bagged something else. And then out of nowhere a little Haitian girl with glasses jumps in and says oh no I saw u holding three items. So ofcourse I am furious two employees telling two BS different lies. So I said fine show me the video and then ofcourse 800 different lies came out as to why they can’t show me. The Hispanic lady said oh u have to see the manager great when will the manager be in? Ofcourse no one had any idea when the manager would be in!!! Really does the manager not have any kind of schedule. I was so furious I told them this is BS and left. I will NOT stop until I get my money back or at minimum the toddler frilly dress that I have no use for and never would have bought!!! Ugh!! Read moreWent in tonight around 7pm to pickup an online order placed by daughter. Before I did that I went to look for nutritional supplements. All of a sudden two noticeable "secret shoppers" appeared. I paid them no mind until one followed me to the photo center. He picked up a magazine, immediately put it down then walked away. There were two other customers waiting so I got my online order and went to a regular checkout counter to pay for the supplements. The young man rung me up but didn't give me the half off discount because there was only one of the items on the shelf. So after all of that, in the midst of entering my debit card info the manager asks if I paid for the items that I purchased online. I told him it yes it's an online order. I'm thinking of course I did how else did I the order from the back? He then puts his fingers on his lips looking up trying to come up with a cleaver way to ask to see what's in my bag. That did it! I've been a minority all of my life. I know when someone is trying to skirt the lines of accusing me of something. I took the four items out of my online brown paper bag and left. Read moreWorst pharmacy ever! The ghetto has better pharmacy customer service and are quicker than the people behind this pharmacy. This is the second time that I waited over 30-40 minutes in the drive through to pick up my RX with just ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME!. The second time I waited over 40 minutes to be told at the window to come back 10 minutes so that they can fill the meds because they updated my Ins. I ask why is there such a delay and was told people are updating insurance and other Blah blah. First, it doesn't take that long to get eligibility through the system. I know this because I've updated my insurance previously and it takes less than 5 minutes.
I called corporate and complain!
