Terrible terrible terrible. This place gets NEGATIVE 5 stars. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews and not came here. Walked in and was seated immediately. We were party of 3-2 adults and 1 5 year old child. We were given two regular menus. The waitress took our drink order 2 mountain dews and 1 Diet Pepsi. Informed me they don’t have diet anymore and it’s zero. These restaurants that are getting rid of diet and replacing with zero, do you not realize that zero taste like watered down regular? There is a very big difference between zero and diet. You think people want to pay these big prices for a fountain drink at a restaurant that taste like garbage? I changed my diet to a water because that is the nastiest tasting beverage I’ve ever had. Then I asked her for a kids menu because we have a KID eating. She said they don’t have one. I said you don’t have kids meals?? Her response was no we do not have kids meals today because we were too busy. I looked at her like she was nuts and immediately walked out. I then called from the parking lot asking for a manager to clarify if they have kids meals or not because I see them in reviews, door dash, THEIR OWN WEBSITE, etc. and yes they do indeed have kids meals. I guess that waitress just didn’t want to wait on anymore tables. Will not be back to any Froggers location ever again. Great experience everytime all the bartenders and staff are courteous and prompt and if there is any wait its well worth it. The waitresses make a mean drunk to a good beer with on rare occasion some foam. The wings are good if suggest the black and gold chicken nachos or if your up for heat try sweet habenero wings the first one you might think eh but that ranch with save you from a burning mouth at about the 6th one. Great fried pickles. Fries original or cajun good. They have a good sampler. Very family friendly during the day. Very busy on wing might I think it's .60 a wing which is bonebin Monday boneless Tuesday I think Monday also has 2.50 domestics. Sunday has great pitcher deals Friday is Philly cheesteak or cheese chicken Wednsdays bingo I think or trivia I know Thursday I think use to be college night. Happy hour has some good specials great pool tables not really an arcade I mean a claw machineband a race car game 2 mensroom two ladies room I think it might just be a single stall on the right side. Usually order once a week pick up fashion never a prob occasional sauce reminder, but this time I felt judged by my ethnicity and blue hundred. That has a holographic stripe, the face and even after marking it with a authentication marker the yellow lines didn't suffice the bartender. BUT THIS IS THE KICKER I offered to pay in a different fashion "debit card" she returns the bill and tells me to go to AMSCOT and trade it in. (Like my bank wouldn't do that for me???....) Meanwhile the manager was walking around trying to call the cops over someone not refusing to leave. But he left once 3 employees started calling. So I may be reading into it, but problems over a blue one hundred with yellow markings, then the telling fake brown or grey. Feels rather discriminating after telling me to take care of it at AMSCOT then my personal bank. Soon after getting home I opened my box to find 15 wings there's no such order amount. So I call to explain the miscount. After giving my name to the manager and last four digits on my card the manager proceeded to tell me that card isn't in the system. Like I was never there...
