2 stars 100% because of the lack of knowledge. Wife and I went in to get an entire new setup but had some questions for someone who worked at a smoke shop. Went in and the kid laughed at us when we asked him what we should get, he showed us one of the cheapest options then shrugged and said “I guess this could work” on a cheapish nectar collector. He then proceeded to tell us he knew nothing about smoking and that he just liked dab pens. There was some cool stuff there and we would have spent money there if we had a smart advisor. but I felt like that kid would have been better at the slowest Wendy’s in town. He did not care about knowing anything about the products in his store. Went down the to road to the next closest smoke shop, where we spent over 200 bucks on a new setup from a girl who was far more educated than the bare minimum needed to work in a smoke shop. This was 100% the smoke shop I went to on June 9th at 3:00 pm. There was a younger kid on his phone in the back. We went to buy spicificly that red amber piece in the pictures on your google add. It’s the smoke shop we pass every time we go to Publix. Check your records again because just telling someone it didn’t happen dosnt change the fact that you hired someone with 0 qualifications. I wanna say the products you had looked great, the store looked great, you had someone there who didn’t know about anything in the store. I’m sure with the right person there or a trained person there it would have been an awesome time and I woulda bought stuff there but just saying it wasn’t us isn’t the case. Costumer service isn’t bad the staff there is chill but the prices are insane. They are taxing hard on vapes and thca products. Charge me almost $30 for a geek bar and the smoke shop literally across the street charging $26. Don’t get scammed go across the street or to apk. You’ll find cheaper prices literally anywhere. They decided to respond and say that their prices are the best in the area. Had to lower my rating to a 1 star 😌 their prices are definitely not the best in the area I’ve had pricing issues with them many times. Go somewhere else and you’ll see which prices are better. The one down the street and apk smoke shop has the best deals and prices. Apk offers a $5 dollar discount...

Me and my husband went into this store yesterday and were extremely disappointed. The teenager who was working there literally knew nothing about any of the glass products they were selling. There are smoke shops on every block and I just want to let people know what to expect. So if you are looking for a smoke shop don’t go to this one unless you already know everything about what you want to buy. Apparently, if you have any questions they’re not gonna know the answer. Also, this is the second time we’ve tried to leave this review and the owner keeps calling us a liar and removing the review. Just another example of how this smoke shop...
