Worst customer service! I was a previous Shopko customer. I have followed the directions of calling and speaking with a pharmacy employee to get my prescriptions refilled. Twice I have called to get the prescription, given the requested 1 business day to get it ready, waited in line for over 20 minutes, and no prescription.
