I went to this shop after not going for at least a year because the work is very inconsistent unless you go to mike. So I went to someone else here and he was very rude. I chose 2 gel colors and he let me know that one would not show unless you layer it and I should probably chose something else. So I let him know that he can start my fill in and I would decide before he was done. Then he told me that if I waited to chose a color it would be wasting his time because after me he would be done. Now please keep in mind that this was 10:45 am on a Friday. So I asked him if he was getting off after me he said no but he could start on other clients instead of waiting for me. I felt his attitude and mood was very agitated. I have never had a nail tech snap at me because I changed my mind. This was a $25 fill in and I let him know that this is my day off and I’m spending my money and if he wasn’t able to do it then I would leave. He did my fill in and it took him over 30 mins to complete it, he did a awesome job. But I can NEVER go back there. I left without any polish on my nails and painted them myself when I got home. I am only writing this review because I feel like the people at these nail shops know they’re working in a low-middle class area and feel they can talk to you any kind of way and they can treat you like your money isn’t worth their effort or time. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years and it has absolutely gone from decent to terrible. The last time I was in there, I swore I’d never be back but I decided to give it one more shot and I should have saved myself the frustration. For starters, the last time, there was a nail floating in my pedicure tub before I even put my feet in the water. The last two times I’ve had my eyebrows done I’ve ended up with clumps of wax in my hair because the girl rushes through them. Today, I got the worst pedicure and eyebrow waxing I’ve ever had. The man doing my pedicure was so busy talking to all of the other employees he skipped about 3 steps of my pedicure. He got a hot towel out and used it to open someone else’s polish bottle then just threw it to the side and it never made it to my legs. He threw polish on my toes to then use acetone to clean them up but that just left extra polish down in the crevices and honestly I could have done a better job at home. And on to the wax job- again, wax in my hair on both sides but this time when I point it out she just snips my hair. I don’t care if it’s “just two pieces” you shouldn’t be cutting my hair. So now I have a terrible pedicure and uneven eyebrows. Spend a few more dollars to drive out to another salon because this place is not only disgusting but I also wonder if these people are even certified...

I came in with my coworker on a Wednesday two weeks ago. The place is nice and looks like they keep it up with maintenance. They did have a nice gel color selection. I picked my color and waited like 20 minutes for someone to take us. They give water bottles while getting a pedicure which was nice BECAUSE IT WAS SO HOT! The guy doing my pedicure was very ROUGH. He did do a good job though I must say. He also did my nails too. THIS IS WHERE THE ISSUE BEGAN. He was so rude when I asked him to fix certain things. He huffed and puffed the whole time. What should have been maybe spending an hour to an hour and a half nail salon trip. I WAS IN THERE FOR 3 hours. I did have to go back to work so I am glad he finished in time. The color unfortunately on my nails did not last 2 weeks. Within one week, the color chipped and peeled on two nails. My toes are still looking great though. I paid a total of $70 which is very pricy. Where I normally go it would have been $50 and the quality would have been just as good as this place. He must have been expecting a tip and when I was walking out he began speaking in his language which sounded like he was angry. Oh well! I will not be visiting them again though.
