Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

We order from here all the time and usually wen never have any issues but today was horrible. I was completely disrespected by a man who claimed to be the manager bc my delivery order was messed up twice. I order a pizza with sausage and mushroom they sent a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, so I called and told them that they messed the order up and I can not eat pepperoni, they said they will send another pizza out but it will take a hour, ok, so when the new pizza gets here it’s pepperoni and mushroom not( sausage and mushroom), so I called back and asked to talk to a manager and the man that got on the phone, stated he was the manager and he heard his employee say pepperoni and that’s what I order I said why would I order pepperoni if I can’t eat it and it was sent twice, he said “that’s what you said and I don’t know why you would say that and I don’t know what kinda games you are playing, but I’m not playing them” and hung up on me. I waited for over two hours to pay for and get food that I didn’t order and couldn’t eat. I just had a major surgery while delivering my baby or I would go into the store and take this pizza back to them. No one should have to go through this kind of treatmeant from a place they always spend money at. This is very unfortunate for my family and I hope they don’t treat anyone else this way. We will not be ordering from this papa...

Terrible experience all around at this papa johns I was actually shocked at how bad it was and how poorly I was treated. Ordered $50 worth of food 10/27 and they had door dash deliver HALF of it, and blamed me because I ordered through door dash.. no dbag, I ordered through papajohns website!! I wanted a refund but the "manager" who sounded like he was in highschool and was never taught how to talk to the general public said if he refunded me he would not send the rest of my food and well, the second half of my family still needed dinner so I opted to have the rest of my food that I paid for. Now 2 hours after the fact the second half of food finally arrived and they didn't even have the human decency to remake it!!!! Cold and hard and nasty it was. I had to reheat in my own oven which took even longer for my whole family to have dinner. Be warned, do not order from here! If you must order from here, go pick it up do not deliver because apparently they don't actually deliver they sub it out to door dash and they only get pieces of an order. The ONLY positive was the first delivery guy was so sweet and tried to help me but he couldn't do anything because he's a door dash employee...

New to the area and placed my 1st order at this location for pickup. Arrived stood around a few minutes then was greeted, proceeded to pay roughly $25 but only had a $100 bill and a $20. was told, we don't accept anything over $20, but Subway down on the corner will break it! My thought was, why will subway take my $100 bill when PJ's will not? Is it fair to even ask SW to do that without buying something? PJ's stated, they do it all the time for us!. I need something from another store , so i will go there, get what's needed, and use the change at Pj's. I come back 10 min later to pay for my order, but was told they cancelled my order! We can make another for you if want to wait. I asked what? You threw away my order? The one that was made and ready? Yes! said PJ's. At this point I questioned their logic and decided to go elsewhere! Needles to say, I will probably continue to go elsewhere! The time and food waisted was unnecessary. Why not donate the food? why not just work something out with the customer for the $20 bill if you won't take $100 bill? No! just waist our time and toss freshly made food in...
