I don't normally give bad reviews but I've literally never had worse service at a fast food restaurant.
When we drove into the drive-thru there was no one in front of us. I didn't have my order planned out and was deciding at the speaker/menu area. I also wanted to make sure my unassuming pregnant wife got what she actually wanted and didn't end up settling. As we were asking questions and deciding, we were met with passive aggressive/complaining remarks. She was also very unresponsive. I would ask a question, would have to wait 10 seconds for an answer, and it would come with a passive aggressive tone implying we're wasting her time.
The whole ordering interaction took about a minute and a half to 2 minutes. When we drove up to the window she pushed her way past the woman taking our payment and told us we have to wait for our order on the side because it wasn't ready. Her wording and tone was even more strongly that it was our fault - she might as well have been calling us stupid from the look and feel of it.
This entire time I held my tongue. I was getting increasingly annoyed/frustrated by her lack of common decency but I made a concerted effort to just deal with it. She had the audacity when she brought our order to tell us how we did everything wrong. "Next time when you order, make sure you know what you're getting."
I'm giving this negative review because this woman took every single opportunity she could to deflect responsibility onto us while strategically throwing in the standard but highly disingenuous 'please' and 'thank you' to make it look like she was giving customer service.
I left feeling angry and manipulated.
Of course this was my interaction with one person. She might have been a supervisor, but she's still only one person. I'm sure if you go to this Burger King you could very well have a normal or even...

COME INSIDE, I am not sure what her name is. Only she may know who I am should this review reach her.
I came in and ordered a whopper Jr meal with onion rings, and I was greeted in such a warm way. Fast and efficient is the best way to describe this wonderful employee while remaining professional. I ate my food and then ordered my dad's so that it wouldn't get too cold as the parents and I live in Elkridge, MD
I ordered, and we bounced off each other quickly, and ya know, I felt like I was talking to mom. Every single guest received the same treatment.
She even makes small talk with the guests whilst cleaning, and I'm sorry, but I can't let this light of a woman go unnoticed.
I was going to go through the drive-through, but something had me change my mind, and I personally feel it was to meet her, even if just for food.
To remind me that kind-hearted souls still exist in a world that seems to be going dark.
PLEASE if you've gotten this far in my review, I beg you, if you want an experience with wonderful hospitality that is quite literally a mothers love for kindness and grace then come into this burger king. I just hope you catch her...
Read moreI bought a few bacon cheeseburgers through the window. One of them was very messed up - mustard was all over the wrapping and it was cold. I handed it back to the cashier and she refused to take it back. I asked her why. She said I touched it and she couldn't take it back. Well, it was funny because she touched my food and I was ok with that. She grabbed the napkins with her bare hands and she didn't seem to have any problem at all. Obviously, Burger King employees can handle your food and they expect you to eat it without any problem. But, the moment you hand back the messed up sandwich, which they messed it up to begin with, and they act like they're touching a disease or something.
Long story short, the cashier asked me to pull up and she would bring another one out to me. It sounded fair enough to me so I pulled up and waited for a few minutes. Finally, she came out with a small bag and slammed it in my hand without saying a word! I thought she was rude but what do I expect - I'm at a Burger King.
Well, this is the last time I buy anything...
