I'm so glad my go to place for ,Gas, Cigs, and everyday Lattes ,and of course grandkids fast stop for goodies,Is Wawa,But my experience today EASTER SUNDAY AFTER A DAY OF CHURCH ,FAMILY ,AND AND OUTSIDE FUN, TURNED INTO DISRESPECT ,AND DOWN RIGHT CRAZINESS, I went in as i do every time I'm down to see my daughter , to get a wake me up latte ,I GET THE SAME LATTE FOR 31/2 YRS, AND never has anyone at this wawa or any wawa from Eastern shore to Western md, ,to Washington ever told me NO ABOUT THE CUP I GET MY DRINK IN , I PAY ALMOST 4$ A DAM DRINK TO GET EXTRA CARMEL AND 2 OZ EXTRA MILK ,SO FOR IT TO FIT AND TASTE GOOD I GET IT IN THE 24OZ CUP ,I GET MY OWN CUP FROM COFFEE BAR AND USALLY HAND THEM THE CUP, MOST OF TIME THEY NO ME AND NO WHAT I LIKE AND JUST MAKE IT , THIS THOMAS GUY WAS ABSOUTLY TELLING ME NO YOUR NOT GETTING THIS CUP , I SAID O ARE U TELLING ME I CANT GET WHAT IM AKING FOR , WELL WE WILL SEE, SO WITH HIM LAUGHING AND WHISPERING TO THE OTHER 2 BEHIND THE FOOD COUNTER ,THEY ALL THOUGHT THIS WAS FUNNY AND THEY JUST MADE IT WORST ,I WAS HEATED , ALL THEY DID WAS MAKE THIS WORSE. I SAID OK WE WIL SEE IF YOU MAKE IT , I CALLED CORPERATE OFFICE ,AND A GREAT MAN Tamara Bozman " MIKE " HELPED ME OUT, AND HE MADE SURE HE CALLED THERE AND HAD HIM MAKE MY DRINK IN THE 24 ONCE CUP , """ ITS REALLY A DAM SHAME """ I HAD TO END MY DAY OVER A DAMN CUP, U WOULD THINK I ASKED FOR THE DAMN REGISTER !!! REALLY THOMAS FOR YOU AND YOUR CO WORKERS TO TREAT A CUSTMER LIKE THIS WAS VERY VERY UNCALLED FOR , AND I SPEND LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY ON A DAILY BASIS WITH WAWA'S ALL OVER MD ,EASTERN SHORE, AND VIRGINA, THIS IS CRAZY FOR SOMETHING I PAY EXTRA FOR ,AND IM ONLY JUST NOW HEARING YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE YOU NO LIKE THIS 🤔🤔 THEY SEEM TO GET EVERYTHING THEY WANT PLUS EXTRA EVERYTHING , MY DAUGHTER ONLY STAYS 2 MILES AWAY AND U ARE KNOWN BY A FEW, MAYBE U SHOULD TREAT VISTORS , LIKE YOU DO YOUR BUDDYS ,AND OTHERS , IM 52 YRS OLD AND I REALLY DONT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THINGS AS STUPID AS THIS , THE ONLY REASON IM GOING BACK IS BECAUSE THE OTHER PEOPLE THERE THAT HAVE WAITED ON ME HAVE ALWAYS BEEN KIND AND CURTIOUS, MAYBE YOU SHOULD LEARN TO DO THE SAME !!!! SINCERLY ,TAMMY THANK YOU JORDON FOR BEING KIND AS I CHECKED OUT , I NO UOU LAUGHED TOO ,WHEN I WALKED OUT , BUT I DONT NO ANYONE THAT WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS WAS funny to just run in and get a dam latte !!!! Read moreIf you place a Mobile Order during the evening hours, it won’t be placed at the Mobile pickup area. Instead, they place the order behind the food counter and never call your name or given order order. I did a mobile order in-store as a test. The food is prepared. I stand there in plain sight waiting to see if they call either my name or order number. In 5 minutes, my order is ready and sitting right in front of me behind the transparent barrier, placed there by no other than the customer service manager. I waited to see if she was going to call my number. She didn’t. She instead moved it off to the side and called the next number. I waited for another 5 minutes. Still didn’t call my number. After 10 minutes, I walk up. She asked me what number I have. I gave her the order number. She said she doesn’t have it and for me to wait until she calls my number. I tell her and pointed “It’s right there.” She looked at the number and then tells me that she just got the order. I tell her “I’ve been watching you for the past 10 Mintues. You’ve moved my order around and failed to properly place it in the mobile pickup area.” She tells me that in-store orders take priority when calling numbers over mobile orders. When they’re no more in-store orders, then she would move it to the mobile pickup. I tell her that orders are prepared and served in the order that they come in. I shouldn’t have to wait beyond my actual number for my food to be ready and in my hand.
I get the food and it’s luke warm, not hot out...
Read moreMy fiance and I love WaWa but this WaWa is horrible... The managers are rude Thomas and Lisa. Went there one night for food the subs we received had hard bread on both subs. Both subs we're sloppy put together. I called to inform the manager Thomas about the rude cashier that waited on us and he didn't apologize at all for her actions nor was he pleasant to speak to on the phone he explained I had to call the night time manager so I did a few days later her name was Lisa she was just as rude as Thomas was. She said I could bring the food wrapper receipts to to her and receive a refund or a meal replacement. I explained to both managers I didn't no receive a receipt from the cashier that night and that she was very rude as well slammed the draw and yelled for an employee to talk to them instead of properly helping her guest. The manager Lisa explained while giving my refund that they don't give receipts unless the customer ask for it. Anywhere I have ever been they ask you if you want your receipt it is a proof of purchase and is in case things like this happen. She had my money in her hand while explaining this to me and I went to get the money I had too play like tug with her she is very rude along with many of her staff I am very sad to write this about this store because I was a faithful customer along with my fiance as well we won't be...
