Very unsatisfied with their customer service. I reached out twice even Facebook and the store shows to have read message but never responded. I was sent the wrong item, and when I go look back at their site it was out of stock. Zen is an eclectic and great store in Arcata. I found everything from earrings to a baby blanket to unique measuring cups! I also took my time and picked out soaps, greetings cards, and assorted gifts šŸŽ. This gem of a store has something for everyone! So glad a friend told me about it ! Treat yourself when in Arcata to Zen....
