Sauder Woodworking has THE BEST customer service I have ever encountered!

I bought a cheap writing desk for my office and there was missing a part. I got online and web chatted a customer service rep and told her about the missing part and she said "No problem. We will ship a new part to you right away. Expect it to be there in 2-4 business days."

So my office was closed when UPS tried to deliver it and they were supposed to try again the next day but never showed up. Apparently it got returned to Sauder. They contacted me by phone and email to let me know and to ask if I still needed it. I just called their support line and a VERY nice lady said it had been sent First Class (so apparently needed a signature), got the correct address, and said I can still expect it in 2-4 business days!!

Got a Sauder credenza that was purchased at Fred Meyer. The credenza itself is nice for the price I paid, but the assembly and time it took to put it together was a nightmare. My family and I had to take it apart multiple times. The directions have you build it backwards. We had to put L brackets on it to make it more sturdy. This ordeal makes me never want to buy another piece of furniture again that I have to put together. It even fell over when we were trying to put it upright, so now the credenza has some spots where there are missing pieces of wood. We have to glue those pieces back on. Ordered a bookshelf , started to assemble only to find they didn’t send the correct parts, after waiting a week(which I was fine with due to covid and weather) on first delivery. I called to get new part delivered and was told it would be up to 8 business days for new parts. I asked for overnight delivery but was told it would cost too much unless I wanted to split the cost. I requested a supervisor and was put on hold and then denied. I would not recommend buying anything from them unless they get some new quality control and hire some helpful customer service reps!!!I guess I’ll be stepping over a partially assembled bookshelf until this...
