I've had complaints about service here in the past, but after my most recent ex0erience, where they lied to me about dropping the 2 for 7 double cheeseburger deal, and charged me full price for them. Then, when I saw they were still advertising it as I left, I called to complain, and they said they'd issue a refund. I never got the refund, and called back a few days later, and the manager was rude and straight denied me the refund, saying they couldn't refund my card. Read this!!!! I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. They served my son’s kid’s meal with a GREY hot dog! Then the girl says to the boy next to her that the coke needs changed as she hands me the watered down coke when I handed it back into her (yes she took it back) and made a sprite, you would think she had to actually move or lift something 🤮 then I try the whip cream on my husband’s strawberry shake and it was sour!!!
