Good Time Lanes — Local services in Ardmore

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Balls CONSTANTLY getting stuck!! Only ONE ball in the entire place that would fit my hand and it gets stuck fo over 20 minutes!! Our last game was coming to an end and this scary blonde so called Manager shows up and yells at my daughter then calls our whole group ignorant!! I proceeded to tell her that the system didn’t work correctly for over twenty minutes and she says well you should’ve told me!! I told the twelve year old behind the counter and he added ten minutes to our time. She says I should’ve told her and in actuality no one even knew she was a manager until she started screaming at us and calling us ignorant!!! VERY POOR customer service to say the least!! Regardless of how she thinks someone acted, you should NEVER TREAT OR TALK TO PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!! I spent over $150 to bowl in this VERY POORLY MANAGED and out dated place!! And to be talked to like that by a so called “manager” is completely unacceptable!! We weren’t causing ANY problems she was just ready to go home!! If you hate your job then find another one!!! WILL NEVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A...

I can't find anything positive to say. This bowling alley was not busy at 5pm on a Friday, yet we were placed in between 2 groups instead of further away where other, more private, lanes were available. We were given a problem lane and our ball ended up getting stuck in the second round, but staff only told us after the (obviously known) problem occurred that we'd have to take turns with the lane next to us so it wouldn't get stuck again. Of course, they wouldn't offer a refund if we left before we finished our game; we didn't want to bowl the other 8 rounds and actually ended up leaving halfway through the game. And we won't...

The whole place was empty except a man and his son. Instead of putting us at the other end or another lane they put them in 15 us in 16. Then we get to the lane to find out the ball return has been messed up all day. Then knowing some of the games were broken they didnt unplug them and offered no assistance other than I dont know anything about those and went back to watching tv. 2 families in the whole place and you put both of them on a lane with a broken return on a by hour play while your kids bowl on the good lane in the middle, while having signs printed to maintain social distancing bad business...
