I really wish there was an alternative to giving even one star in situations like this. Here is a copy of my complaint to their corporate sites feedback. It is a shame that Subway has limited the customers ability to place complaint and get any resolve, except as like this store location, WILL NOT ANSWER the phone!!
“I would like to be able to share pictures with you! This makes my third visit to this location! (Recently) And the third time they have totally made my sandwich wrong! They never answer the phone and upon returning to the store on a previous messed up order the woman was so hostile and rude that I actually expected her to make me a sandwich that I ordered AND PAID FOR !! As opposed to just paid for whatever mess and total failure to read simple directions at the top of the receipt they decide to slap together, but I order the same sandwich in the DFW area and pay $8.79 and they somehow not just meet the minimal expectations of their job description, but they make it the best sandwich I have ever eaten! Unless I am paying to actually support the literacy of this stores incompetent staff, why am I paying $10.39, PLUS placing my order AND PROCESSING MY OWN PAYMENT?!? All they need to do is wash their hands and read and place items on the sandwich according to how they were instructed!?! My other sandwich ordered for my daughter had one tiny portion about 3 inch of one side of her ft long of the steak and Cheese?!? And the freaking cheese NoT Melted! i paid even MORE FOR IT!! This is unacceptable and inexcusable! Yes everyone has bad days, but this location IS the bad day bad stop bad choice!! I honestly expect better from my favorite restaurant!! Oh and also it was suppose to be ready by 2:25pm but wasn’t until close to 2:45 Which if a lunch break, or weightloss or food allergies are a concern to you, I think you would fix...
Read moreEverything else about my visit was fine, but the service was genuinely disappointing. I asked for the nacho footlong, and the employee told me they didn’t have the ingredients for it. That’s completely understandable—things run out. But when I asked if there was another way to make it or an alternative, she responded, “Then how would we make it?”—with a tone that felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
I wasn’t expecting anything over-the-top, just a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. A simple response like, “Sorry, we’re currently out of the ingredients, but I can help you choose something else,” would’ve made a huge difference.
I understand that staff might be under pressure, especially if it’s busy or supplies are limited, but that doesn’t justify being disrespectful to a paying customer. I’ve been a regular customer here, which makes this kind of interaction especially frustrating—and honestly, disappointing.
Don’t promote something that isn’t available, and if it’s not, that’s fine—just treat people with respect. I hope this feedback helps the team improve how these situations are handled, because good service matters just as much...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE. My friend and I walked in behind a gentleman just to wait in line for 20mintues while they make 2 subs. When it was the gentlemans turn the older lady seemed very bothered we were all there. When it was his turn she mentioned charging for things he wanted on his sandwich like cheese and what meat he did or didnt want. I thought it was weird but once me and my friend started to order she did the same to us. Charging more for grilled chicken over the rotisserie, wanting mozzarella and no pepperoni, etc despite the “build your own” slogan. I thought it was very rude the way she interrupted us to tell us that shes going to charge more because it “didnt come that way”. The cherry on top is when I had a coupon for $13.99 for 2 footlongs, when it was rang up as $17.29. I used a $2 off rewards to make it $15.29 but I do not recommend going...
