I see all the reviews on Google are suspiciously positive. Go to Yelp and you will get the real story. I didn't end up living there--which I now see is very lucky given the Yelp reviews--but I can tell you what happened when I almost did. I embarked on signing a lease, but then had second thoughts, and reached out within the allotted time frame for cancellation--not necessarily wanting to cancel, just wanting to visit again/get some questions answered. They ignored ALL of my calls and emails. That's right...you don't even have to fully move in to go from being someone they treat with kindness and respect to someone whose money they have and who now no longer matters. I finally got someone to agree to meet with me in person. We arrived at the property first thing in the morning, at the same time. She pulls her car up behind mine and proceeds to very conspicuously put her phone up to her ear as she gets out of her car, then walk slowly past me without speaking or looking at me, clearly using the phone as a prop to completely ignore me. No motion to come in and sit down, no even acknowledgment that I existed. The whole saga went on for so long that I finally decided to just live somewhere else. I couldn't get in touch with them to get my deposit back, so I disputed it with my credit card company, and Arlington 360 didn't even try to defend themselves. They know exactly how uncaring they are--no shame. On Yelp, I see complaints about drugs, excrement, urine, and crime. I also see information about people experiencing homelessness digging around in the trash. Maybe Arlington should stop letting real estate buy up property that is adjacent to open space, and should instead invest in using that open space in ways that actually support people who live there. I love Arlington but I am not sorry not to be renting there if this is what I would be contributing to. For shame, Arlington 360. I hope everyone who reads this takes...
Read moreI called Arlington 360 to request important information, such as rent price, schools and utilities... The lady who answered the phone (she claimed she was one of the Managers) said she wasn't sure which schools are assigned to the property. She also wasn't sure how much is the rent for 3 bedroom-town homes. She said it may be the same as the 3 bedroom apartment. When I asked if there are any utilities included, she cut me off and said, no, it's $50 per month. I had to ask what the $50 includes, "it''s $50 each." I waited for more details but she was silent.
How am I supposed to know what she means by "each"?
I asked if I could speak with a Manager or someone who can answer my questions and be more precise, she said she was one of the Managers. I asked if I could speak with a different Manager, she said no one was available.
I don't know if she really doesn't know the answers to these questions or she was just not in the mood to sell. Arlington 360 was on our first list to rent. After that phone call, its scratched off from the list. We definitely don't want to live in an apartment with...
Read moreLiving at Arlington 360 has been an excellent experience. The complex offers stunning views of Boston.
What truly distinguishes Arlington 360, however, is the management and staff. Dee, who manages the property, is consistently responsive and approachable. She takes the time to know residents by name, which creates a genuine sense of community and makes interactions feel personal and respectful. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, Dee and her staff has addressed it promptly and efficiently.
The maintenance team, led by Brett, is equally impressive. They respond quickly to any issues and handle repairs with professionalism and care. Brett and his crew are not only skilled but also friendly and courteous, making every interaction a positive one.
While the amenities and views are certainly a highlight, it is the dedication and professionalism of the management and maintenance teams that truly make Arlington...
