DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS!!! unless you want to keep stressing yourself and having to argue with the manager all the time. Just save up your money and go find something better. Our ac unit wasn’t working for a week or so it’s been so hot in here…. Called the office to send maintenance to come and fix it and she came in herself with an attitude as soon as she walked in as we were talking she told my own husband (to fix it ) if he knew how the ac unit works???and told me nothing was wrong with our ac supposedly it was just hot in here bc of outsides weather like it doesn’t really work like that. I kept making work orders and they would come and wouldn’t fix it at all went in to the office and she started raising her voice and was just being unprofessional she every told the lady in the front to take me and my husband out the office and to close her door like ladyyy. she doesn’t know how to manage nothing she told her own maintenance guy to not come in here and fix my ac and told me she was going to keep closing my work orders I had to take action and call the city of Arlington to do something about it. We always pay on time even though This was not the apartment we had asked for on our moving date they had told us our place wasn’t ready and they was going to place us here for now and this apartment had nothing ready so don’t waist y’all’s time and breath on this. I have a 3yrs old son that got sick bc of the ac not working and how hot it is in the apartment and outside it’s crazyyy to me how a manager who thinks she knows it all won’t do nothing but run her mouth. Place has bed bugs too I don’t even know where they came from so many roaches it’s ridiculous if yall living here and have problems CALL THE CITY OF ARLINGTON Keep sending them emails or something so the apartments can start fixing our place...

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! And first moved into a 2 bedroom town home which was 1500 monthly rent paid ON TIME ! Building G is infested with rats and has a bad water problem where your house flood with poop water from the following building . They then moved me after months of dealing with that and a busted water heater and water coming from the walls causing water build up on the ceiling . They then down sized me into a one beer one bath which was roach infested and 500sq due to them not having any open townhomes due to continuing to move in new resident before taking care of there current resident. These apartments run specials every day just to get your money . They don’t fix anything they just fix it for the moment until the problem get worse . Code compliance is at this property every week . The management changed ever 3-4 months this place is horrible ! Not to mention after having to fight with my voice to get my town home back they finally gave it to me the building was literally decaying from the inside water bugs , water build up in the walls causing mold , a/c problems . It’s jus been problem after problem at this property I do have a a lot of pictures and will be dropping them so everyone can see . THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY . As a good tenant who pays rent faithfully on time they tried to buy me with a 250 move in credit each month . Instead of trynna fix the problem they bribe you . This complex needs to be under investigation on why they are still open and why they haven’t took care of current residents . Nobody helped in the office it took for me to go over there heads to get things done JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE !!! I have plenty more pictures...

I went to tour a unit here, walking up to the door immediately I see trash bags full of trash leaning on the patio fence, and trash all on the ground around as well. As soon as we walked in, the smell of cat litter, urine etc hit me in the face. It also looked like the apartment was still being fixed up which is fine I understand that I just wanted a general idea of the place. But then I looked in the kitchen, and there was a roach crawling in the sink. I looked closer and there’s at least five inside the drain and a spider. Then I open a cabinet behind me and again, another roach running around. At this point i’ve seen enough and wanted to leave all together. We go back to the office and we are sitting and waiting and waiting for her to come back and sit down, she didn’t say what she was doing and she comes back with applications, didn’t even ask us at all if we had questions or complaints. Didn’t tell us about the apartment or really even try to sell it. Just gave us applications and said take them just in case we wanna apply. I’m sorry but no. Trashy place, not well trained staff and took so long to get things together, and not suitable to live in with my cat and definitely can’t have my friends and their children come over.
