Someone called Amanda, she says she is the store manager, she did mistake to my order, and refused to admit it, also she promised me can return whole transaction and invalid it(even I know the policy is final sale), I said I need to thinking about it, and second day I called her, I agree with her to invalid the transaction, she just break her promise immediately, and I gave her another solution to solve the issue, she refused to do anything with that! And gave me a number let me call they to fix this issue, and they can’t do anything with it. Well, I like the cosmetic company store and deals, I just don’t like Amanda, she doesn’t know how to do management, doesn’t how to do a manager! Someone should take her...

So disappointed with my experience today at this store. I shop on a weekly basis and have ALWAYS had the BEST customer service by Stephanie & Maria. However today I had a new girl help me by the name of Yolanda. She had the most awful attitude. She was so condescending and unprofessional while checking me out at the register and even had the nerve to yell at me when I asked her a question.
