I've been using Burge to deliver flowers to my mother for years. They have always been wonderful over the phone so when I finally got a chance to go into the shop last November I was curious as to how they would be in person. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. So this year I again sent my mother her Christmas arrangement from them. I got a call from them that they didn't want to leave the flowers at the door but that they could hear her tv on. My mother is hard of hearing. I told them to go ahead and leave it and let my mother know to get them. They had since left but came back the same day. She got confused and called them and the woman on the phone was very helpful explaining to my mother they would be back. LONG story but all around great customsr care and communication was had and as always the arrangement was stunning. ...
