Not from this area, just passing through. Wanted to try the (veggie) breakfast burrito and the caramel macchiato. Walked in, was greeted with a smile and was asked to choose any table I'd like. Quick, friendly service; the waitress was happy to answer my questions about menu items (it wasn't particularly busy at 11am, but I'd still like to give credit where credit is due). The atmosphere was great with cute wooden tables and a bar with stools. Music was to my liking (I recall Aerosmith and Lifehouse), ESPECIALLY because it was not too loud. Thank goodness, a restaurant who knows how to allow their customers to have conversations with the rest of their table/party! The food is five stars. The veggie burrito was cooked to perfection (though I'd probably add some sort of sauce, like pesto or mayo or avocado spread). Word to the wise, make your funeral arrangements prior to visiting because the home fry potato pieces were to die for. The caramel macchiato was probably PERFECTION because I chose to add extra flavor syrup to it and it was a tad too sweet. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for reading!

Brewskie’s is a really nice addition to Asheboro! I had the Florentine flatbread with cauliflower crust, and it was great! I tried the Sundried Tomato flatbread and it was also pretty good. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The only unfortunate thing is that there is no baby changing table in either bathroom! There is a small counter in one bathroom but you could only change small babies on it. While there I saw a child being changed on a couch, which nobody should ever have to do in a restaurant. Hopefully they will get a changing table soon!

I enjoyed my first visit to Brewskie's. I don't live in Asheboro but was invited to an evening at Brewskie's for a lite bite and beers. The setting is small town cozy with a friendly vibe. Our group ordered a variety of items from the menu. The food took a little while to come out but did arrive to the table hot and delicious. Our waitress did a great job with keeping everyone taken care of. Overall, Brewskie's is a nice place to gather and have some good food and drinks. I'll have to go back when there's live music and see what the vibe is then.

A friend a I came here 3 times in one week. The first 2 visits were a good (not great) experience. The 3rd and final visit is what drove me to post this review. We ordered 2 coffees mine black and his room for cream and sugar. When the coffees arrived his had the cream and sugar already added. Which was weird because every other coffeehouse I've been to dosent do that they leave a little room at the top so you can add as much or as little as you like. The servers walked off and we discussed how that was just odd. We both sipped our coffees at the same time they were barely lukewarm. I wanted to leave immediately because if you flaunt you're a coffeehouse, coffee should be a breeze for every employee. The waitress eventually came back to the table and asked my friend only if everything was okay. He told her his complaint and she scooped up his coffee and hurried off to the coffee area to get him what I believed was a fresh cup. She never looked at me, never asked if my coffee was ok, I got no acknowledgement whatsoever. When she returned with his "fresh" coffee was when she finally acknowledged my presence asking if I was ok I told her my coffee was cold she picked it up and came back with it in less than 45 seconds. If you drink coffee like I do you know certain things about coffee, one of the first things you notice is when cold coffee is microwaved it becomes extremely bitter. My coffee and his coffee were so bitter we couldn't drink it. No more than 1 minute and 30 seconds had passed. I got up and went to the front counter and asked for our check. She didn't ask if everything was ok or was something wrong, she just charged me $5.89 for 2 cups of undrinkable coffee. I was offended, I feel robbed. I don't believe I should have been charged for a food item I couldn't ingest. If this is how they make and serve coffee I can't imagine what they do to their food products. *On a personal note the young female that served us really needs to be taught how to treat paying customers. I don't know if she had a personal problem with me maybe how I look, or carried myself, but I took her attitude towards me to be offensive and very uninviting almost as if she dismissed me as soon as I walked in the door. And to charge me for the coffee was just...

The last two times I’ve visited I’ve ended up with Evy as my server. The first time she took care of me I asked for the check early because I had an appointment to get to and ended up having to ask again because after several minutes she was standing there on her phone just talking to another server. After asking twice I still didn’t receive the check from Evy and ended up having to ask another employee to check me out. During this visit I also observed her scooping ice from the cooler with a glass cup multiple times which any server or owner knows is a serious health code violation and safety hazard. Moving on to my second visit… She takes our drink order and meal order at the same time (specifically asked if any of us wanted ranch and we all responded yes) and then goes to help her other tables. Drops off our drinks and another server and the barista bring out our food to the table. Not only was my order completely wrong on the ticket itself but both of the people I was with didn’t get ranch. Which wouldn’t be a big deal had it not been specifically gone over when ordering. Finally a fourth server brings out my correct meal. From the time we sat down to the time we finished eating Evy never once checked on us, brought us napkins, made sure we had everything we needed, apologize for messing us my order or provided us refills. To make matters worse she checked on her other tables multiple times (i’m talking 3 or 4 times a piece) in the span of the time she wasn’t taking care of our table. The only time she came back to the table between bringing the drinks out and the time we left was at the end of the meal to bring the checks (which she didn’t ask how we needed or wanted split up) and to give us refills which by that point we’re completely unnecessary because we were already finished eating. I’ve had some pretty terrible service in my lifetime but this was far beyond anything else i’ve seen. I understand serving is a demanding job but if you can’t even give your tables the bare minimum then maybe you need to find a different career path. Evy ruined my overall experience at your establishment and your other servers are the only reason I will be returning...

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We got here around 10:15. When we finally got a table, we sat there for 20 minutes before we were acknowledged. Then we had to ask to have the table cleared and cleaned from the previous customer. The table was not cleaned well, and I had to get the cloth to finish cleaning it properly. My husband ordered a menu item, and 10 minutes later he was told they didn’t have it. Shortly after that, he was told they did have his original order. A few minutes later he was told again that they didn’t have it, so he had to order something else. When my daughter, son and his girlfriend received their food around 11:30, it was cold and we sent it back. We had to ask for napkins and utensils. I received the wrong order and had to send it back. My husband never received his order. We were told they were short staffed. By this point we just wanted to leave and did. This experience totally ruined a nice Sunday brunch with our family who was in town for the weekend. If this establishment can’t be staffed properly, it shouldn’t be open. This wasted my family’s time and was a terrible experience. When we left, we went to the grocery store and purchased items to make the same...
