OH MY GOODNESS!!! 😍😍 This little hidden gem (food truck) was definitely the highlight of my and my husbands day... we were in the mood for something something good, and stumbled across something delicious!! The portions are big enough to keep us both full during our long trip back home. I wish I would have gotten the woman's name that served us. She was very helpful, with menu description, helping us decide what we would like. There is definitely love in the preparation of this food! You know after the first bite! Food came very quickly and was plentiful! We loved the lamb gyro! We requested well done meat and even then it was crispy and juicy. The falafel salad was packed with fresh, tart veggies and amazing homemade pita. If you want something delicious and affordable & (cheaper than McDonald's!!!) try this truck out!!!! The only complaint we have is that we live hours away!! Definitely will return during our next...
Read moreI ordered this through uber and the food arrived fresh and very hot. Had to wait for it to cool a bit. Now, the food is different from anything you’d normally get in Asheboro. The food is very flavorful and prepared well. I wasn’t expecting such a strong Mediterranean flavor profile because most places around here do not know that profile enough to cook it well. They prepare the food very flavorful so I’d recommend to anyone liking these flavors. The rice was very different from an anything around here. Asheboro needs more variety like this for sure! I’ll definitely order again. They are very reasonably priced as well. They serve a good amount of food and they don’t overwhelm you with rice and a small amount of protein. You get a decent proportion...
Read moreWe ordered the chicken plate, the tilapia plate, lamb and chicken pita, and an order of samosas. All very tasty! Samosas were particularly reminescent of Indian food we had in Asia/India. So good! The white sauce that came with it was flavorful as well and a great complement to the samosa filling. When we picked up our order from this food truck on W. Fayetteville St., it was well-proportioned, hot, and ready for us. No delay. It was a bonus to find this option closer to where we live (on High Rock Lake) than Charlotte, Chapel Hill, or Raleigh, NC where one would otherwise have to go for good Meditteranean/Indian cuisine. I hope that if, in the future, this company wants to expand to a stationary building, their clients of the food truck will heartily support them. I...
