We picked this firm to redo living room and dinning room, furniture supplied through them isn’t holding up well, the contractor they picked did gutters, we didn’t know until was too late, and worst part is the “designer” Jill draw her vision on a napkin, no actual drawings were produced, and the contractor just worked the “best” he could, he really struggled to install tiles for example. Jill wasn’t involved at all in supervising the work, only made remarks later that it wasn’t done the right way, and did nothing to change it, maybe if she had provided guidance for the contractor this wouldn’t had happened. We did tell Ideology we weren’t happy with the work and it looked bad but Jill was less than interested and had moved on to new project. It’s so bad, we are having all the work redone. For how much they cost, they should’ve done an excellent job, and left no room for wishing more, but they didn’t. I don’t recommend this company, maybe they’re good, but...

No comment was my original comment with a one star rating. If there was room for zero I would have done that. One would have to wonder why an answer by IDology, given a one star rating is answered with a thank you. Typical Of them ignoring a customers comments. Let me say ..it was the worst experience I have had with a design firm in my decades on this earth. Working with interior designers is not a new thing for me. The most basic concepts being ignored or messed up , along with draconian billing and a culture of no true interest in results or the customer. A goal of just spending as much as possible. One star DOES not earn a thank you. Buyer beware. The are way too many horror details to name. I’ll leave it at that. Hopefully this time there won’t be a thank you as there is no thank you for a job done...

Lead Interior Designer Makenna Bailey was a joy to work with! Our second home was new construction with a blank slate. We wanted it to feel homey yet chic. Makenna transformed the space! She is an extremely talented designer and her organizational skills are amazing. She created a cohesive and elegant design that we love! Since we were in another state during the process Makenna also acted as project manager. She oversaw all work including painting, wallpapering, lighting, tile work, art and mirror installation, along with all furniture delivery. We felt completely at ease with Makenna in charge. Makenna is not only talented, organized and reliable - she is a lovely individual. Our new home makes us smile every day and we are so grateful...
