My girlfriend and I thought it was such a neat idea to have a nail salon inside a church, so we booked pedicures here. We chose the $60 option with “the works.”I was told it would be an extra $7 to remove gel polish from my toes — something no other salon has ever charged me for. When I questioned it, the owner insisted I didn’t “remember” how salons work, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The technician couldn’t communicate in English, didn’t remove all my gel polish, cut cuticles with no prep, skipped cleaning under my nails, and applied the masque so sloppily that residue was left between my toes even after “washing” it off. The service was supposed to include callus removal, but she barely rubbed a rough sponge on my feet and didn’t even touch major calluses. I had to maneuver my feet into the wax bags myself, the technician just held it open and didn’t secure or remove the wax around my whole feet. It just kind of stayed at my heels — and the massage was almost nonexistent. By the time it was over, the total came to $72, so with tip I spent $82 for a rushed, unskilled, and incomplete service. The end result wasn’t worth anywhere near that price. The pic of right second toe chip was 13 hrs after getting the pedi. I thought gel was supposed to last a while? Sadly, I would never return and cannot recommend this salon.

The staff was professional and they worked me back in later that evening to complete my nail art which was elaborate. Rose does awesome nail art. I highly recommend her. They also did my Luxury Pedicure. When I had a small issue with the pedicure the owner resolved the issue immediately and fairly. My mom also had a pedicure and was treated professionally and with care. She has polio syndrome so her legs and feet are sensitive. She was made to feel relaxed and pampered. The massage chairs are the best I have been in and the atmosphere is very soothing. I definitely will be returning with my mom.

A group of us went to Cathedral Nails at the start of a Bachelorette event a couple days before the wedding. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately! Due to the staffing levels and size of our group, we couldn't all be serviced at once, however, they were so kind to provide us with a complimentary snack and beverage! The staff was friendly, services were great and the salon itself was gorgeous (a former cathedral) and truly unique. A very calming and beautiful experience. The only reason for taking one star is that the pricing should be more transparent (ie when offering gel or regular polish, inform of the $22 upcharge and when someone asked what the price was going to be for another person getting services as she wanted to pay for theirs, the staff person was unable to give her an answer). I would definitely recommend Cathedral Nails if you want a...

i am not one to post a bad review on a place, however i am very disappointed in my experience today. i made an appointment for 11:30 with one of my friends for a full set. i was set up with Kevin, who at first wasn’t bad. going throughout my manicure was where the problems started. he was very rough on my nails and did not even attempt to cut my cuticles or ask what length or shape. every nail is a different length and thickness. i asked for a design i showed him on my phone but i ended up getting plain french tips which was the farthest thing from what i was wanting to get done. i left the salon with monomer all over my fingers and just bad nails in general. i had high hopes but after today i will not...
