Omer Nelson's tech. Help (computer and phone) department has helped me out numerous times in solving tech. Problems I simply could not solve, usually after putting in 3-4 or more unsuccessful hours of attempts myself. They're brilliant! More importantly, I have gotten great advice there about how to protect my gadgets from future breakdowns. Last thing which I feel a little guilty mentioning: They have taken the time, 10-15 minutes, to help me multiple times and treated it as a community service or good deed, never charging me for their time. It's things like these that make me really happy and grateful I live in the Midwest, where people help each other....

This place has way more than any other radioshack you could ever go to! It's always surprising all of the different things you can find there. What's even more amazing is how competitive their prices are. The employees there have some of the highest caliber knowledge about everything in the store and can often get you exactly what you're looking for. They're incredibly helpful in not only finding what you're looking for but also making sure you understand everything about the product you're buying. I dropped my parents computer off, that had a bad power supply, in order to retrieve some pictures off of the hard drive. All I wanted were the pictures of my brother so we had something to display at his funeral. The IT guy was extremely rude, if I had the time I would’ve just done it myself. My parents were charged $111 to have this done! That’s not the cost of replacing the power supply on the computer, that’s strictly just for retrieving the photos off the hard drive! Unreal!
