Rural King — Local services in Ashland

After looking on several websites, I found RK to be decently priced with a rather large selection of chainsaws that was "available in store"...or so I thought. I went in with all intentions of buying one, along with the extra gear (bar oil, files, extra chain, box, etc...) but the shelves were pretty well cleared out, with the exception of just a few, as in maybe 3. Looked for a sales associate for about 10 minutes to ask some questions but literally couldn't find one that could help me. To be fair, I did find some folks that worked there, but I got pawned off when they said they had someone coming that worked in that department. I eventually got frustrated and left after the associate that worked in the gas powered tools section didn't show up. Not the best service I've ever had. Would I go back? Maybe, but there's other places that sell chainsaws that are closer to me, as in not an hour+ drive. I think the biggest disappointing aspect was that I drove so far with the intention of purchasing one when in reality it was just a waste of...

Unorganized. I asked for a 10x10 dog kennel and was told "we dont sell those" ........ it. Was literally setting in FRONT of the building! Against the FRONT WALL. So after 10 min of the gal poking at the keyboard and not finding it, I went outside took a picture of the tag with the frigg'n part # on it, came back in and had to wait in line another 10 min just to get back to the cashier. After that, when I went out there to get one (they are unassembled in 4 flat panels of course) the guy that was supposed to help me load them onto the trailer just stood there holding onto the stack and I had to take each 10x10 panel (6 in all as we bought 2 extra sides to make it a 10x20 pen) and carry them about 30 ft away and load 5 out of 6 of them onto the trailer myself! I normally shop at my local Rural King, but this one had the planters that I wanted. Great price and deal, ordered them online and went to customer service the same day to pick them up, Aaron that works online pick up was very fast on retrieving them. The only complaint that I have with this store, is that you are being stalked, this was my first time being here, so it took me a little bit to find things I wanted to get. After being there for less than 10 minutes, i had notice a female, and male employee following me around, they were not wearing there rural king shirts or vest just dressed like customers pretending to be shopping, how do I know this, its because I have worked in retail and I have seen my co workers sometimes had to do this, then you even had the nerve to actually follow me and my daughter to the bathroom.
