KFC — Restaurant in Ashland

The chicken strips and wedges are always decent, but the service is WAY TOO SLOW. I have given this location many chances, but it is a recurring trend. I was once pulled forward to wait for "2 minutes" on strips. After 10 minutes, I went inside, they were serving other people and had forgotten about my order, they finally had me out the door 20 minutes later, for a total of 30 minutes. They gave me extra food "for waiting". I didn't want extra food, I wanted fast food, that's why I stopped by a "fast food" joint!

Another time, I was inside ordering with a colleague. His order and my order were the same, except he got an extra taco. His was ready, mine was nowhere to be seen. Again, they started giving food to people who had ordered after me. Then, the guy that was preparing the meals just walked away from his station. I tried to get his attention but was ignored. The big guy that takes the orders (and talks WAY too much for a store that can't keep food flowing) had to make my meal, which he did with his money hands and no gloves. I didn't eat any of that food, which worked out because my colleague had already finished by the time I was served!

It isn't just me. Others have complained openly. I have seen people in there shouting at the workers. The only way this place gets business...

If i could give them a negative star i would! In all the years this place has been open, i have never (and I really mean never) had a good experience here. If you use the drive through they always get the order wrong, they give you the wrong food or leave something out and don’t ever try to change what you want on something or ask for it plain because it will screw the entire order! The staff are not professional and most of the time they don’t have on gloves or they touch everything else while they have the gloves on (ie. money, phones, registers, etc.) then they touch the food...not a clean place to get food from!

If they did correct all of these issues, it’s still hard to order from there because of it being a Taco Bell/KFC combined but yet the KFC closes hours earlier than the Taco Bell? It makes no...

There was nothing wrong with the atmosphere of this restaurant. The cashier/Order taker was kind. The issue was cold food in an empty restaurant. Although there were plenty of workers behind the counter. If it was just me and my sister with two others, who had just placed their order were the only people ordering food, shouldn't we receive hot food? You'd think so. Instead I received nacho fries that tasted like the dumped them back in hot grease to warm them up and a cold shell chalupa that was chewy from laying a while. I returned the fries and got fresh, but again was waiting for food! Why did I wait the first time if I wasn't getting hot? Anyway, I made a mental note to never eat at this...
