Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Kentucky

The worst experience i have ever had at a resturant. When we first got there we had to wait FOREVER for anyone to come to the register. The guy working the drive thru, was laughing and carrying on saying "oh here is a good one to piss off" as a customer approached the window. When someone fonally came to the register she said "we dont have any tenders, legs, breast or thighs, its all frozen." So we asked how long it would take to make, not minding to wait. We was told once again " its frozen, we dont have any." So, we go on. Order our food. Keep getting told they are out of foods. So finally when we are able to place an order. I ordered a steak quesaritto. When i got it. It was chicken. So i asked for them to remake it. & i was told its gonna take about 10 minutes because there was other customers behind me. In short, too slow service to be considered fast food.

This Taco Bell has a reputation for being slow. I get that. Takes more time to assemble a burrito than a burger. And they're popular for the price, so they get swamped at lunch. However, my most recent experience has compelled me to say something.

Taking twenty minutes to get an order out to a customer can hardly be considered fast food, even during a lunch rush. This was also while a corporate representative was visiting the store. I can only hope he noticed the quality of service and will take steps to address the problem with management. Because when I can go to a local dine in Mexican restaurant during the same hours with the same customer volume and get my food faster (and I have),...

Worst service I ha e ever gotten there. I asked for fresh food and they gave me all cold food and when I took it back they had already shut down the fryers with 45 minutes b4 closing time and told me I had to wait 30 .inutes on nacho fries, the girls were so rude and I could hear them cussing me through the drive thru window.
