I was searching for a reasonably priced mattress, and decided to go to the FB Marketplace. Not long I found Mattress By Appointment All Green Bay. I messaged Don to see what he had available and set up a time to check his selection of mattresses. Don was very nice and friendly to my husband and I as we tried out the various mattresses he had. We decided on a Gel memory foam hybrid bed and the next day Don delivered the mattress to us. I asked Don if he would help us get our mattress to the garage and without hesitation said yes. We tried out the mattress he brought with the plastic still on the mattress and decided it wasn't what we really wanted. So I called Don and told him that we wanted the pillow top instead, and he had no problem switching out the mattresses for us and didn't charge us for delivery, but we gave him money for gas and for helping us. Don was great to work with! He was punctual for our appointment, patient with my indecisiveness (sorry Don! Lol), professional and friendly.
