D2 Sports Pub — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

I really wish I could rate this place higher, but even 2 stars is generous. I met some friends here tonight. The first thing I noticed is when we walked in, there was an overwhelming copper smell. It was pretty repulsive. We had a party of three. We were handed menus that had clearly been loved and really need to be redone. We opted to sit at the bar (which we all regretted when we saw the attention the tables got over us). Service was incredibly slow . We ordered food, one person got theirs, 2 others did not. By the time the first person was done eating the second person’s food arrived, shortly after so did the third. One entrée was incorrect, and we waited well over an hour for the correct entrée. By the time the correct entrée arrived, everyone else had finished eating quite a while ago. The food was just standard bar fare, underwhelming and greasy with very little flavor. The bartender was very nice but unfortunately not too attentive. Many times we sat with no refills, and waited forever to pay. A couple of people next to us had ordered food and one person was waiting well over an hour and a half for their dinner, i’m sure they won’t be going back either. Later on, more friends arrived and we told them just go through a drive through and get a burger because you will wait forever for your food here. They also charge a fee here to use your credit card. Truly the WORST experience I've ever had from a bartender. Apparently this man is part owner/management and he had the most preposterous behavior I've ever seen from a staff member at any establishment. He appeared intoxicated, aggressive, and was taking shots with countless bar guests (which is fine if you're normal about it - he was not.) He made our group extremely uncomfortable, he was making us feel dumb for what we were ordering, and was speaking down on us across the entire bar. He was giving everyone dirty looks and I honestly feel bad for the other bartender working who appeared to be new and was being trained by this man. Was excited they were open. A block from my hotel. However the vast difference between menue options are ridiculous. Even menu in house said wonton wrapped mozzarella sticks my fav! So I ordered two to go. (Was not wonton wrapped. Wont eat that many breaded ones! So super waste) ordered sweet potato chips, got regular chips. Ordered sirloin tips with no onions but wanted mushrooms and got just beef. The awesome stuff thing of the night was the bartender victoriana sociable, amazing, fun, engaging, beautiful and made some amazing shots! I rarely get out and she made my whole night however, the food though tasty, was not as advertised. She said I may have received a menue accidently from a different location. But definetly wouldn't have ordered as much had the descriptions...
