The company from whom I purchased a lift chair in 2019 contracted out their maintenance service. When maintenance was required, calls I made to the recommended service company would go unreturned for at least a week – if not longer. By the time a 3rd yearly maintenance was required, I went into search mode for another service company finding many that would only provide a service if the product was purchased from them; with my 80+ year old Mother practically living in the lift chair, I started to go into panic mode. I subsequently learned of and contacted Aston Pharmacy Home Health Center and have not looked back since. Aston was very responsive to our needs and scheduled a service within the same week that I called. In 2024 the lift chair I purchased in 2019 reached a point at which a replacement was warranted. Without hesitation, I contacted Aston to learn of lift chairs that they sold that would meet my Mother’s very specific requests. The options that were provided not only met my Mother’s needs but exceeded them while still being affordable. Once ordered the chair was available within 1 week followed immediately with delivery and setup. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of both Sheri (sales) and Tom (installation & maintenance) - no pressure sales and service with a smile. My Mother loves her new chair (especially the heating option) and I am grateful that Aston Pharmacy Home Health Center was able to get me out of panic mode.    Read moreI have used Aston Pharmacy Home Health for my CPAP machine for the past year. While for the most part it has been a smooth process I have discovered that it can be a real issue to contact them when something is wrong or you need assistance. They have never returned my calls when I leave messages on their answering machine. I had to call through to the Pharmacy to get to the person in Home Health. Their hours for face to face are not good if you work. I was told by the Home Health person "I leave at 4:15 so get here before then" (I work until 4) The audit of my CPAP machine can be done by satellite, but when they need the numbers they were unable to check my machine and I have to make a trip to the store with the chip so they can read it. (before 4:15) I had a billing issue and had to deal with a myriad of insurance folks and this was after I had been paying for my equipment for a year with no problems. Once again it took several calls and my own effort to resolve the issue. Seems that billing did not check with the insurance company who had sent the bill to the wrong department. So it has been inconvenient to deal with Aston Pharmacy Home Health at times. They need to improve...

We have three children and throughout there the time growing up this was the only pharmacy we used. We are a healthy family and very rarely need medicine these days, thankfully. Over the past two years we have been hibernating or wearing masks resulting in no family members needing medication. Today my wife was prescribed some medicine and was trying to remember what medicines she was allegoric to or had reactions too. A quick phone call to Aston Pharmacy to ask a question led to the pharmacist getting on the phone to inform my wife that we have not had a prescription filled in two years. Both the pharmacist and women that answered the phone were rude and unprofessional. No information was provided to my wife and the phone call end quite abruptly. Aston Pharmacy seemed to be more concerned with when the last time we frequented their business then the welfare of their customers.
