I've frequented this store for the last 12-13 months. Maybe every 6-8 weeks I visit. Every time I go, there is a major issue or hang up. In the beginning, it was employees and ownership disregarding pandemic protocols and not wearing masks or letting patrons come in without masks... than about six months in, after frequenting this store, I was told they don't receive wine, which is what I was picking up. A debate ensued between employees about whether this was accurate or not.
Clearly it is not because today when I went to pick up the associate told me how many packages of wine people picked up today!
They also ALWAYS ask what's in the box? None-of-your-business is how I feel but I always answer. Are you even allowed to ask that??????????
Anyway... I got a call earlier this week that they had two packages of mine and if I didn't come get them this week they'd be sent back. I called said no problem, I'll be there Friday to pick up.
So here we are Friday. Guess what, they shipped one package back and kept the other. Asinine. To top it off I've paid $10 every time I've gone per box. Today I was informed... we have new ownership and the owner decided this box will cost $20 and the box they shipped back after telling me they wouldn't, would cost me $40. So why and what happened to cause the up charge? "Because the owner wanted to." Was the response. Well new ownership has been around for six months right? "Well no since November." Yeah that's six months cause ya know it's April. And I've been here twice since November so not that new and this has not happened before.
So here's the deal... I'm done with your shop. Poor customer service, poor communication, and I refuse to support ANY business that price gauges. "Because the owner decided." Keep an eye out for a direct email from me that'll be quite a bit more colorful. I'll be sure to include the folks/department that gave you the license for the franchise as well.

Read moreI shipped a computer from the Aston UPS Store to the computer manufacturer and it arrived at the manufacturer with a cracked screen. I had purchased insurance on the shipment and went into the store to file a claim. I called multiple times over the course of 2 months to check on the claim and was told that the UPS rep that was handling the claim was not in or when she was there she would keep putting me on hold and multiple times would say the claim is still pending. I asked for a claim number and she said that she had submitted it online and there was no claim number. After almost 2 months I called the 1-800 number for UPS and was told that a claim was never filed under that tracking number. I called the Aston UPS store and spoke to the manager, who insisted that his rep had filed the claim, but had no claim number or other proof that a claim had been filed. Ultimately he told me they would not pay for the computer because I had packaged it myself and the store reps had not packaged it. This was never stated when I purchased the insurance. Read moreMy mother had to drop off a package for me in store because no one at UPS picked it up at the location it was meant to be picked up at (Which is what she paid for). My package was then supposed to be delivered on Wednesday January 25th, It was not. My mom called then they said it would be delivered Tuesday February 7th. Again it was not. We called again and someone said it was going to be delivered on Tuesday, February 14th, It is now Saturday, February 25th, still don't have my package and called UPS. They told me that I had to call the store where my mother dropped it off at, which I did. All I got was attitude from staff, and them saying that they wouldn't be able to look it up because of a pre-paid label. My mom paid over $200 for this delivery and it has been a month. I would appreciate if someone at UPS could provide decent customer service and help. This package has very important, and personal documents...
