To the Wise Staff and designers I wanted to Thank all of you in the most difficult time On January 9th 2021 your flower shop was handling all the arrangements for the passing of my Best Friend and Soulmate, Joshua, everything was done in Blue and White beautifully arranged. He was a Mechanic by trade, he could fix anything, he was always willing to pull over help someone in need, it was his passion but his even BIGGER obsession and loyalty no matter what was his love for The Dallas Cowboys, he had followed him pretty much all his life, On game day he could be seen with his Dallas hat, Jersey even down to his sneakerz that were navy blue. So after much thought I decided I wanted to do a specialty piece a keepsake for either the 2 things that brought him alot of joy. I called the staff and I expressed to her what I wanted to do, she told me that someone had already ordered a Dallas Cowboys Football I said well how about a Wrench she was so excited she said noone had ordered that and I asked her to explain how this would be achieved to look real and truly appreciated as I knew Josh absolutely loved both the specialty pieces for not only what they stood for but from who they were from as if he would expected anything else but ONLY THE BEST from his 2 biggest fans and supporters during his life and the good and bad times but also as he fought his disease he had been battling for quite some time, he always knew we were there for him and Wise Florist and staff made sure they truly put their hearts in souls in the entire process to bringing comfort and help at this time of need. Needless to say the wrench came out exactly how she explained it would look like, down to the smallest details. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WISE FLORIST FROM THE PROFESSIONALISM AND SYMPATHY, TO ASSISTANCE TO COLORS RIBBONS ETC, TO THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ARRANGING EVERYTHING TO EVEN THE SPECIALTY PIECES MAKING SURE THEY CAME OUT PERFECT ... TRULY WONDERFUL GROUP MY PICE ENDED ON A EISLE ALMOST 4 FEET LONG AND MOST OF ALL THEIR PRICING IS VERY REASONABLE AND PROMPT ON TIME DELIVERY! Thank you for the great customer service during a difficult time for my family and for the beautiful floral arrangements for my sisters homegoing service. We contacted five different florist and Wise was the one that we chose after having one florist be rude. I am very glad that we ended up going with them because we were very worried about how the arrangements will look without being able to the florist work previous to ordering. Wise was the only florist with pictutes online. They were able to accommodate an early delivery schedule, answer multiple questions by phone and email with patience, and did a beautiful job on the arrangements. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife's workplace, but they were never received. When I called to check on the order, a delivery was eventually made to our home late in the evening. However, the bouquet that arrived was significantly different from what I had originally selected. Since I had specifically chosen flowers in my wife’s favorite colors, it was disappointing that the arrangement did not match my order at all (except the roses).
