I came for my Covid Vax. Never been here before. I was very impressed by how patient, friendly, helpful, and diligent these people were. There were tens of volunteers if not over 100, as well as tens of RNs, setting up in the huge gym like hall. Registration and administration were very quick. They separated another large room for 15 minutes waiting in case someone had a severe reaction. The whole process was quick, efficient, and convenient. I appreciate their efforts greatly! A fiasco for the vaccine. 30 minutes in line outside. Had an appointment as did 50 other people for the same time. Red Cross guy said he thought it was fine to make everyone’s appointment for the same time. A crowd outside and in. After over 40 minutes, left without the vaccine.
