Now I am receiving second hand threats that the employee is going to beat me up and that the owner will sue me for this review.lol. Horrible employee. Insisted that Tractor tube couldn't be patched because it has two patches in it already, you can patch a tube a hundred times btw. They also didn't patch the hole in the tire the stick came through. Try to mow again same day and i didn't even get to turn on bushhog another, very small this time though, stick punctured the tube, tube is ruined trying to load it back up they refused admit fault after admitting it needed a tire patch aswell. Then proceed to insist that the large hole wasn't there the first time we brought it even though there was only one large hole matching size and location of first tube puncture. They then charge an extra 20 dollars to fix their own mistake which adds up to 185 dollars for one tube replacement and a tire patch then the next day the tire is flat. Why is it flat? Because he purposefully and maliciously didn't put the valve stem core back in the tube just a valve cap. Something that is malicious and purposeful and should be prosecutable as we lost wages equaling greater than 485 dollars over the course of three days because of their...

I have always had nothing but the best service and results from the team at Lake Houston Tire. Recently we purchased four tires for our Saab Turbo. We went with Rick's recommendation of the make and have been superbly impressed. Rick suggests rotation and balance at specified intervals based on Mileage - as service which he offers for free; every time his team hits the balance perfectly, which is an enormous plus for me. Other mainstream corporate places that we have used in the past might have some all-singing - all- dancing equipment, but it doesn't mean anything if the technicians don't know how to use it properly. Rick the owner and his employees are awesome. We have had Rick service our cars and trailers for over a decade and never had a problem with his work.. He is honest and we would not trust anyone else. We took a recently purchased horse trailer to him. The trailer dealership told us they serviced the bearings and brakes.
