Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

We ordered our pizza at 6:18pm on the app, it stated the estimated delivery would be 7:08pm. The pizza didn’t arrive until 7:37pm!!! We love literally 3 minutes from the store. When the pizza arrived it was so greasy and tasted as if it was under the heat lamp for more time than needed, the cheese in the stuffed crust was so tough it wasn’t even melted, it was more like rubber. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza itself, and the slices were not even cut correctly. Highly disappointed with this.

Not to mention this isn’t our first time we have had bad service, a few weeks ago they sent us someone else’s order!!! When I called them and told them they sent the wrong order, they said a driver would be on the way to bring our correct order and to give the wrong order back to them. We waited over 2 hours to get the correct order. During these COVID times I don’t know what they did with the wrong order, I sure do hope that they didn’t send that to anyone else.

Customer service is terrible, I order pizza there very often but the last couple of times it has been the worst, yesterday I went to order pizza but the lady that was there around 5 pm was very rude as soon as we went in she said it’s going to be about 45 minutes. I said ok I still want to order and then she stated we are having trouble with the credit card machine.again I said ok I can wait. Once she was able to take our order I said I want the special she said you need coupons for that or order on line, at that point I told my husband let’s go it’s clearly she does not want our business. Ordered a couple pizzas on the app. Said it would be ready by 6:19. At 6:19 I was told it will be 20 more minutes. Went back in at 6:39 and was then told the order was almost done. Shortly after I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Online showed my order would be ready at 6:19, there order screen said my order was ready, yet I still never received the pizza. It is now 7:14 and I called the store to cancel the order and they told me it was ready now. This is the 4th time this Pizza Hut has had a ridiculously inaccurate time, or the pizza ordered were prepared extremely poorly. Not going back.
