This was my first visit and she was thorough in getting a history of my skin issues, routine, products used, etc. She was great about educating me on the products she was using and step by step of the process. She provided me with recommendations for frequency of services and products to use. She was very kind and let me know I should voice what I wanted during the experience, for example if I wanted to relax and rest she would keep the talking to a minimum.
