Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

2 classic chicken sandwiches, large fry and large sweet tea. So 15 minutes for them to take our order at the drive thru. We paid and only received 1 sandwich, frys and drink. Asked where's the other sandwich, sorry about that handed the 2nd sandwich. We live 2 miles from the store. Got home the frys were cold the sweet tea tasted like sugar water and the sandwiches not sure if it was a disgruntled employee or what but I do not like spicy food and these sandwiches had some of the hottest sauce that we've ever tasted. If we wanted spicy sandwiches we would of ordered them but we didn't. And to make it all better my wife called the manager to see if they would fix their error and the woman got extremely irrational with my wife on the phone yelling at her. My wife had to hang up. Totally unprofessional and very unbecoming from a member of management. I also contacted Popeyes corporate over this matter. Cause apparently this has been an ongoing problem for this store buy no one is doing...

No chocolate biscuits, missing a 4 piece tender , only chicken legs for a 4 piece .all of this from the festive family box and also got a 5 piece (spicy) chicken tenders they were regular . I’m not the person that reaches over the counter to get my cups unless I ask if I can get them so I go and ask for them the lady for the drinks 2 coke and 1 sweet tea. The very short lady I suppose that’s the manger says in Spanish why don’t they do it them selves . The cups were never handed to me, There’s no sweet tea where the drink dispenser are at . So I ask her if she can fill them for me and that’s when the manager says what I just stated , she tells she just puts the tea to start making it’s self , I wait a few minutes she comes back to tell it’s not working , I know it’s just sweet tea , she tells me if I want to change it I said a Dr Pepper I go fill it up . Nothing wrong with me filling the cup . But I still get a messed up order and one...

Went to this location on January 30th and told the employee that I wanted hot fresh chicken and I would be willing to wait. The employee said it would take 15 minutes and I agreed to wait. Upon receiving the chicken, I noticed that the chicken was extremely dark in color and was very dry. It had the appearance of chicken that was refried in hot grease so that it would appear hot. My chicken was dried and overcooked. I immediately asked for the manager Noah that told me I had to bring the chicken back but mind you that it’s after 9pm and I live 25 minutes away. No noah I’m not going back out but I offered to take pictures so he could see what was visibly refried chicken. Nosh was useless and why have a manager if he can’t help with customer service and satisfying customer .Customer service is a zero; food is a zero star and I will never go back to...
