By far the WORST subway location. Always out of items you need/want. Cookies are always hard as a rock. Veggies look old and not so âSubway eat freshâ. I ordered online to pick up an order. Was called to be informed they were out of what I wanted. I asked if I could get a refund. They withheld my money for 2 days playing games with me so I would just say âoh wellâ, and give up on trying to receive my refund. I was advised by the supervisor Gloria that I could go up there and receive cash back for my order. Upon arrival, a young girl helped me and she told me they knew nothing I was talking about, they canât give me a refund, etc. I told her that Gloria was supposed to call them this morning and let them know Iâd be in to receive my refund. She then proceeds to have an attitude and call her manager Nuvea who then needed to come up there to even consider giving me my money back. While waiting I noticed the girl and another co worker who was male. He had asked her what she was doing because she was waiting on her manager to come and fix the situation at hand. She then proceeded to gossip about me and curse and slander me for being an inconvenience in Spanish, without the knowledge of knowing that I am bilingual and speak fluent Spanish as well as English just because of the color of my skin. Iâm HIGHLY offended because she thought it was okay to speak so poorly about me for wanting them to do the right thing. When management came I was refunded my money, was given no apologies, no remorse for the disrespect and games. Iâm disgusted by the type of standards this place has. No...
Read moreI stopped in with my family to grab some dinner. And as soon as we opened the door the overwhelming smell of mothballs hit us. The staff was amazing. They did their best to be helpful and take care of us. We finished our business and stepped down the street to the Family Dollar. The smell of mothballs was so strong on us the cashier could smell it. By the time we got home, it was so overwhelming we all had to change our clothes. We sat down and tried to eat. However even the bread had absorbed the smell of the mothballs. The little bit that I ate ended up giving me mothball flavored and scented sour stomach. It's been almost 24 hours and I can still smell it. I'm not sure what they've got going on that they need to be using mothballs like that. However, I think they ought to consider an alternative method. That's not quite so hazardous to people's health. I feel so bad for those employees, that can't be...
Read moreI always love Subway and eat them regularly while on the road. This is the second time Iâve been to this particular location with the same type of results.
I walked in and the two workers were in the back eating, I guess on their lunch break. When they saw me, they seem disturbed that they had to come out and make a sandwich. I noticed as she was putting tomatoes, cucumbers and pickles on my sandwich, she was counting them out very carefully. When I asked why only 6 picklels, she said you know McDonaldâs only gives you 2. I just smiled and said OK
I wanted to say, I can get a cheeseburger at McDonaldâs for $2. When Iâm paying $12 plus tax for a foot-long sandwich, it would be nice if I got a few more of your very thinly sliced pickles.
This will be the last time I visit...
