Santiago deserves a medal, a promotion, and a comfy throne to sit on! I went in needing help with my account and a phone upgrade, and he was an absolute rock star. He was so patient, even when I asked the same question three times and then proceeded to tell him my life story. He had an answer for everything and, as if that wasn't enough, he somehow managed to conjure a third line for free out of thin air. I'm pretty sure he's a wizard, or at the very least, a very well-trained magician.

The only downside is that Santiago's magical powers don't extend to providing seating. My knees are still protesting the half-hour of standing. I'd give this place six out of five stars if they just added some stools. Seriously, a genius like Santiago should have an audience that's not swaying...
