In my opinion! They have a guy who is the problem solver fixer when things go wrong. Should be an unnecessary job if a shop was any good. I fought with them for 8mo about so many issues with the job they did. I was basically told I was delusional about issues I had. The "fixer" came in way to late. I went and got the problems solved elsewhere. My car drove just like the day I bought it, the other shop fixed it properly! I do not recommend Classic Collision. In my opinion, I felt as if, I was treated poorly. I do NOT recommend Classic Collision. In my opinion, they don't focus on the details and deny poor work and deny actual problems that they didn't fix or fixed wrong.

07/26/25 - I've been experiencing, recurring issues already recorded and denied. My AC was not inspected after a Tbone to my car. It fell within the threshold of probable issues. It went out on me 8mo maybe after I got my car back. Note still arguing about inadequate fixes. Then summer following. AC went out. I was on my way to FL. My akita dog sat under the shade with me for 2hrs. It worked again. CC told me It was in my head my AC had no issue, it just happens when its hot. Really?
So I had someone else just minor look at it. Recharged freon. It went out again earlier this month. I paid for detail inspection and fix. $12000 later, blower motor was damaged and inoperable.
That doesn't normally go out on my specific vehicle or on any car under 60k miles. So.... did they fail to inspect and possibly replace anything that might go out from minor damage? Nope.

Read moreAfter these folks did a satisfactory job earlier in the year, I took my vehicle back to them last month for another insurance repair. This time has been a very different experience. My vehicle was put in their shop on Nov. 9th with their verbal commitment to have it finished "in a couple of weeks." When I called to check on it on Nov. 20th (two weeks) I was told it was ready to paint and would be ready "next Wednesday." Well I called "next Wednesday" (Nov. 19th) and was told again it was "ready for paint" and that it would be finished by the following Tuesday (Dec. 1st). Here I am on Dec. 3rd and I still don't have my vehicle. No phone calls to let me know why, no apologies from Ethan their rep. and no idea when it will be finished. Quite disappointing and really poor management of the situation. I am led to assume that these folks have better things to do than take care of their customers. Not sure who they work for but it seems not to be lowly old me... Read moreVery friendly service up untill after the car was supposedly finished. I had my car repaired here after an accident and upon seeing the car again everything looked fine. Unfortunately after looking at the car closer I noticed they took apart my door to perform repairs and never put the bolts back where they went. This made the side panel loose and look off. They also painted my hood and instead of prepping the hood correctly for paint and clear coat. They sprayed clear coat right over spots with rust. I later went in person since they say their work has life time warranty. I was later seen and expressed my concerns and was told the rust was not their problem and the painters did it correctly and I also told the person that my car was not put back together correctly at my door. I was told he would call me back. I never received a call back from them. This just shows me they are very nice in the beginning to get your business but after they are done they longer don't care.
